Total scammers. These people are the worst; totally rude, extortionists. Towed my car from an accident, refused to tell me where it was towed, until I payed 800.00 to pick up my totalled car, with threats to sue me. I had to wait hours before they would even tell me where my car was.

They towed my vehicle from a private parking location without permission. Did not inform the police department for over 4 hours. Only way I found my truck is I had an air tag in it! The are complete SCAMMERS, just go look where their office is...better yet go to the back to see all the shady business they run out of the back.

Lying extortionists. No law requires them to administer their exploitative fees, but they claim CHP requires they charge frivolous fees even though the law is put in place and written explicitly to state tow companies cannot overcharge and are not required to assess any fees.

Don't call this company. Called for a simple tow because my battery was dead. Really only needed it towed less than a mile. They told me within the hour... no one showed. Called in to check on request and they said "oh yea he's on the way 15 mins (hangs up)" 2 hours later and still no one. Save you time and money and call another company like I should have done in the first place.
