I have to say, GGOS was very persistent. I think they called me for 2 years but I didn't answer because I was in a contract. But, when it was time to renew, I picked up the phone and I'm glad I did. From the very beginning, I was very impressed with GGOS and Stephanie, our Sales Rep. She was very thorough in explaining their offerings and services, and made the process very easy and comfortable.
Once we decided to go with GGOS, I was hoping things would go smoothly and it did. The delivery and setup with Jason and Robert was surprisingly smooth and and very fast. We've been very impressed with their attention to detail through the process. We are looking forward to working with GGOS.

Working with Golden Gate Office Solutions has been a breath of fresh air. The transition from our previous office equipment vendor to Golden Gate Office Solutions was so smooth from product information to lease negotiation and installation. Stephanie Storms, our account manager, went above and beyond to nurture and educate us through the process. Stephanie even reached out to me several times while she was on vacation, that's dedication and amazing customer service!

I highly recommend using Golden Gate Office. Stephanie was the epitome of great customer service. She was very knowledgeable on the products and either always answered my calls or called me back within the hour. Which was a nice change from dealing with some of the larger companies. Her pricing on printers was even better than a lot of their competitors. I will definitely work with Stephanie for all of our office needs.
