We went on the 3-hour tour and it was so worth it! You almost feel famous as you’re driving and occasionally someone takes your picture. Also, it started raining right as we drove out, and the staff was super helpful/patient when we requested accommodations. If you want a quick tour of San Francisco where you can really immerse yourself in the bright colors and sweet smells (rather than sitting on a bus), this is the activity to do.

If you are looking at reviews deciding if you want to do this DO IT! I will say my experience had it's fair share of issues but I called and they were helpful and cared. I think for myself I would totally just go all around San Francisco. We did the Muir Woods and over Golden Gate bridge. Traffic due to tree cutting and construction. We did the all day. I really wanted to see the sites around San Francisco. We didn't get to but will totally go another all day in town the next time we come. To the guy at the GoCar place Thank you for helping us and for everything. You made us feel so much better. The woman that answers the phone. Thank you for dealing with me. 1 thing I would recommend would be an added emergency adaptor so you can charge with any charger or use the charger at Muir Woods. I really hope to return to San Francisco and do the all day in town sight seeing. Also the navigation is wonderfully done. You only live once. Book it and enjoy!! Thank you guys!

The staff was very helpful upon checkin and price was reasonable. We rented the gas powered Go car which is a small 2 seater 3 wheeled vehicle, it was apparent to me that their fleet of these vehicles are old….seats worn out, paint faded and outdated GPS system. With me being 6’2” and my wife 5’10” we were very cramped in this vehicle. We definitely should’ve upgraded to the newer electric vehicles that they offer. The route was good, it hit all of the popular spots that we were interested in. Aside from our choice to rent the vehicle that we did it was overall a good experience

Very fun experience! Fairly easy to drive and the routes were well mapped out for the go cars! They need to upgrade the cars a bit with better speakers and GPS screen but overall nice SF bucket list item!

Super fun, glad we did it. Loved driving through SF and being able to stop to see things easily. I live in the Bay Area and this gave me a fun view of a few places I had not been to in years!

We had a marvelous time. We rented for 3 hours and we saw so much of San Francisco. It was so cool and easy to maneuver. We did get mixed up on gps guidance because of detour we had to do but office was understanding and let us finish our route half hour over our time with no extra charge Thank you for a wonderful experience

We initially registered our personal information through tablets in the GoCar store. Unfortunately, we could not use the planned GoCar classic 1-hour tour due to a lack of driver's licence.
One male GoCar worker clearly promised redemption of the San Francisco Explorer Pass. We left the GoCar store with TRUST; unfortunately, the redemption was not made until our San Francisco trip's end.
We have actively contacted the GoCar store through either emails or the purchasing platform, yet we received a passive response in which they claimed we had used the GoCar trip as we have no proof or documentation of the redemption promise.
Our unpleasant GoCar experience should be reported, and served as references for any customers who consider GoCar in SF.

We had an excellent experience. The staff was helpful in what tour we should pay for and helped us save some money. The experience itself was very fun, as my son, who was driving said, ‘this is so much fun it feels illegal’
