We had a lovely experience with Lisa when searching for a bracelet. Lisa was extremely well-informed, detail oriented and spent a lot of time with us helping sort thru the numerous options Giraux had to offer. I highly recommend calling in advance and asking if Lisa is available to see you.

I went to the store and the lady helping me was very nice and patient as I was unsure about what ring I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. She said she would send me a quote for the rings I chose ranging from $2000+-$10,000. It has been two weeks though she said I would hear back in 2 days and I never got a response after I followed up with two emails. I went with the higher end ring from a different store. One $10k ring might not make make much of a difference to them but that's still business and a customer lost.

Giraux is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in so many different ways. They have the best customer service and beautiful jewelry.I had the pleasure of working with Sarkis S. and Skylar B. I just have to say what an amazing and wonderful experience. Both of them went above and beyond in helping me find the best ring. Even though I ended up getting the diamond from somewhere else and purchased the ring from Giraux, they took care of me from the beginning to the end. I don’t have any other words but to say THANK YOU for making this special event so amazing. My Fiancé absolutely loves her ring and that is thanks to Giraux and a special thanks to Sarkis and Skylar for having to answer all my questions. I will absolutely be going back for our bands and all my jewelry shopping.Sarkis and Skylar actually care about their clients and want to make sure to take care of each person. They are the definition of what a good customer service should look like. They will listen to you, spend time, follow up, and make sure they provide you with exactly what you are requesting.

I have gone to Giraux on several occasions for several reasons, which include having an engagement ring remade to improve the strength (engagement ring purchased someplace else), having a gold band custom made, purchasing both his and hers wedding bands, fixing other pieces of jewelry when pave diamonds have fallen out, etc. In all cases, whether it be a drop-in or scheduled apportionment, I was able to collaborate with incredible people who provided wonderful customer service (thank you Sarkis, Lisa, Skylar, and Jana). If you are in need of an engagement ring, wedding bands, custom-made jewelry, jewelry repair from a trusted Jeweler, or stunning yet affordable (by comparison) jewelry, I would STRONGLY recommend Giraux.

Excellent service as always. I'm a loyal customer not only for their excellent service but quality. Always continue to come back to Giraux. Very attentive. If you are looking for an engagement ring or an upgrade or a piece of jewelry for a special occasion they are the one that can help. A lot of variety and beautiful pieces. Plenty of parking around. I recommend making an appointment that's always best. They are open Monday through Friday 10-5pm and Saturdays from 10-4pm they are located at the San Francisco Gift Center & Jewelry Center suite 129. Ask for Serena when making appointment.
