I use Getaround because it is super convenient. Usually you can find a car in close proximity to you during the times you need it. On the other hand the cars are usually dirty and smell. Don't use Getaround if you are trying to impress someone with your ride.

Getaruond tech has always fixed any issues I've had. But theres no phone number to call for issues, only email.
