I bought a laptop from Best Buy and they send me a link to use for installing MS software. I used the link and got referred to a company in India, which told me I had a virus and installed what was supposed to be anti-virus software, charging $760. I checked with an expert at work and he said it was a scam. Fortunately my credit card company charged back the $760 so it didn't cost me anything -- unless they use my passwords to steal from me. I'm changing the passwords. Best Buy refused my Visa card when I was buying the laptop, selling me instead an expensive Best Buy credit card with a $59 yearly fee and 30% interest for late payments.They stink. Stay away from them.

A great place for all my electronic needs. They always have the best prices on the apple products. This time the I watch was acquired at a holiday price. Great staff and one of the last brick and mortars that still have products to see and try before you buy.

Tariq from Magnolia helped me way across the store to get out an AirPod while juggling two other customers. Definitely great at customer service while being seemingly short-staffed.

Having worked at two Best Buy stores and their corporate office for six years, I can say without a doubt this is the worst location I've visited. Every single employee I've interacted with over the past year has had nothing short of an atrocious attitude--including the Geek Squad Manager and at least one other supervisor on the sales floor, which is especially concerning seeing as they set the tone for the entire store.The very first time I stopped by, I asked a Blue Shirt if they had any Kindles. Without even checking the system or making eye contact with me, she just said "No." I showed her my phone where the Best Buy app showed they had multiple models in stock, at which point she yelled to another employee to help me and walked away.A few weeks ago, I ordered a PS5 as a gift and was told the controller was defective. I picked it up, brought it to the store, and--after buying two Google Home devices--asked to exchange the controller. They told me I had to return the entire system if my friend wanted a new controller, because throwing away a $600 system makes more sense than exchanging a $60 piece of plastic.During my most recent visit, the Store Pickup line was more than 15 people long--longer than usual for the holidays, but I figured after a few decades their staffing plan would account for this. Directly across from the queue of customers were no fewer than five employees talking and laughing with each other. A manager paged for backup and no one responded until there were only three of us left in line.The only positive things I can say are:**Very few products I've wanted to buy have been out of stock.**Their warehouse teams are on top of Store Pickup orders and generally have them ready within 20 minutes of paying online--something neither store I worked at ever achieved, so hats off to them.I would be mortified if I still worked for Best Buy and a family member visited this store. Now, I only order online and hope my visit is as quick as possible.

Been here for 30 minutes and still not a single person to help. Not even an acknowledgement. Severely understaffed!!! Not to mention their stock is always low. I don't know how they stay open.

Went to replace a screen protector, they refused to do it and sent me to the mobile dept of best buy. No one was there so I left to do it in MetroPCS. While mounting my phone on the bike it fell off and the screen is now chipped. Worst service ever. The guy was answering like he was doing me a favor.

Best Guy!!!We visited this store for some technical help and, rather abruptly, approached the nearest and first person we came across and were we glad it was Kenzo.Kenzo was an absolute star and patiently & happily assisted us with our problem with which even the Geez Squad couldn't shed much light upon.

This is one of those places where you go just to get what you need because you don't feel like researching other places to get the same thing, or don't want to wait for Amazon delivery.Went to BB on-line to get a modem because I was getting new internet service on a Friday. I saw that if I ordered on Wednesday, I could have it delivered to my work place on Thursday, way ahead of my Friday delivery date, YAY!! NOT! So on Thursday, I get a call from the delivery saying there is no apt # on the address; they are at 1390 XXXX St. I tell them there is no apt# and they are at the wrong address, its a business, the address is 1930 (Same Street). The guy says, oh ok. (Incidentally, that was the address that was on the order and on the package, and on my confirmatory e-mail.) The apt. building is maybe 5 blocks away from work. So I'm thinking they are just going to drive down the street and drop it off at the address on the package, the address that I gave them, the address they were supposed to. Nooooooo. I call in to track the package and speak with the sweetest outsourced customer service agent in India, and they say it will be re-delivered tomorrow. I tell her we are closed tomorrow for the holiday, I need it here today. After being put on hold and then assured it would come....it didn't. So I go to BB and buy another one because, again, I need it for tomorrow. I'm thinking when they redeliver it I'll just send it back. I call customer service, yeah, the one in India, and ask them to reroute the package to my home address. Ok, sure.Turns out the one I bought is faulty, so ok, maybe the one that is coming to my house (now on Friday) will come early enough and I can just return this one. I call customer service; they are still trying to deliver it to a closed business on Friday, which is up the street from the wrong address on Thursday. (Yes, I"m confused now, too!)I go back to BB and exchange the non-working modem for another one. Fortunately, I get home before the Internet folks arrive, and this modem works. yay.So where is the other modem, you ask? Ok so they deliver that one on Monday, now that I don't need it. I call again, where? Customer Service in India; now they want me to return the modem to the BB store. I tell them I am not going back to the store they need to pick it up, just like they dropped it off. We go back and forth, I escalate to the Supervisor, they finally decide they will send the UPS pick up label and here it is on Wednesday of the following week and guess what? NO LABEL.I cant say BB customer service sucks, because, really...they don't have any.

Again, a miserable experience with customer service. I was trying to find out if a 75-inch samsung would fit in my suv. The first guy just blew me off and gave it to a very young guy with a computer. He ignored me and said they didn't have this tv, which i saw on the showroom floor. What is up with these ppl? There are a dozen places that sell this product?Do their managers have a clue as to what they do?

Ordered item online for pick-up in store, received a text that is was ready, got to the Customer Pick-up line and there it was! Could not have been easier. The real star was store employee Van who personally vouched for the item and brought the bulky item to my car for me. Van deserves a raise and a promotion for excellent customer service!

This place is so backasswards, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Worst experience ever buying a washer and dryer.Never again. If I could write every cuss word I know to describe my experience....it wouldn't be strong enough.

Took a laptop in to have it wiped clean. Manuel M. helped us promptly and did a fantastic job of taking care of business. His personality is friendly, helpful and professional. Plenty of parking, convenient location and hours.

I got a new laptop the service was great and full of knowledge. They were friendly and nice to their customers.
