1. parking is tight (compact cars ONLY) and barely enough spaces for guests.2. in-room appliances not in good working order.3. unreliable, or no, vending machines.4. very nice/friendly and accommodating cleaning service personnel.

I stayed 2 nights.The good:- I was let in 3 hours earlier than the expected check-in, no additional cost- room was cleanThe bad:- the bathroom shower was ok, but could use a deep scrub- wifi is slow, and at some point in the second evening the password was changed and I could not connect anymore
