Horrible customer service!! Had sign on sidewalk with $10 tee shirt. Nobody could tell me where they were. Found out no longer on sale wouldn't honor sign. When I asked they pointed their finger and said maybe over there. Ugh horrible, walked out.

It's just like another other Gap. Greeted by an Asian girl who just didn't seem in the mood to be greeting or didn't want to be bothered to look up an item for me. I get you have bad days. It is what it is. I rarely come here anyways. I just happen to find parking and was really just going to Walgeeens. Not a big selection.

Cute store street-side in a busy,construction filled part of SF. The store was very clean,organized and had some good sales. The store is quite large but the customer service left a lot to be desired. No one spoke to us until check out and even then, the sales associate spoke the bare minimum and didn't smile once. I would stop in again if I'm in the area.

Good sale selection! This Gap Store has a great selection of clothing under one roof -- from business casual to loungewear. I always manage to find a good deal, too! Close to Powell Street BART Station, so highly accessible. Also close to Westfield Mall, in case you want to make a day of shopping. The sales people are always kind and attentive, too!
