Paid online for the pickup order via PayPal, the money was written off my account, but within 2 hours I didn't receive any confirmation about my order from GameStop. Only after contacting the support I found out that the order number is 1100000067454829, but they didn't receive payment for the order. They told me that the problem is not on their end. PayPal support says that the funds are already on the merchant's account and awaiting for authorization by GameStop. So, they need to authorize or cancel the transaction (it is still in pending status). I asked the support of GameStop in written form to cancel the transaction in their business PayPal account, but they are not responding. According to the procedure, in order to open a dispute on PayPal, I need to wait one month till July 12, before that date I can't get my money back. I will never buy anything in GameStop, cause due to their glitchy system I wasn't able to buy Nintendo Switch games that I wanted, and I don't have at my disposal the money I transferred to them for those games .

We had a great experience here with Alex. He found the games I was looking for on the phone. He followed through and had the games ready for me when I arrived at the store and was very friendly and professional. Alex went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Great job Alex!?? Top marks.

I wanted to get a gaming console for my grandson on his 11th birthday, and this shop did a good job guiding me through. Excellent service, very pleasant and helpful. Games are in good condition. Highly recommended. I'll be coming for other options to add to my grandson's collection.

Exceptional Service from Aldrich at GamestopI just received exceptional customer service from Aldrich at Gamestop, and I couldn't be more impressed. As someone who is admittedly clueless about video games, I was pleasantly surprised by Aldrich's patience and extensive knowledge as he took the time to explain the details of various games to me. Despite my lack of knowledge about games, he didn’t made me feel out of place. Instead, he patiently listened to my questions and took the time to provide thorough explanations about different games, genres, and consoles. Aldrich's passion for gaming was evident as he effortlessly guided me through the intricacies of various titles, offering valuable insights and recommendations along the way. His expertise and genuine enthusiasm for the history of job was absolutely evident. If you play video games, get a console with physical media. Then you can buy used, and sell used, and you get points at GameStop if you have pro, and you actually wind up coming out way ahead of people that just use digital downloads. I will say GameStop has gotten a lot better than it used to be and the staff at this store is really good.
