I have lower back pain and I’ve had 4 different couches in ten years, each one never quite right and just not comfortable enough but thanks to Custom Sofa Co., we’ve finally have the best one. Every part of the couch was customizable. We picked the Telegraph design with Leslie linen fabric. We love the modern design and the fabric is incredibly cozy and soft but still sturdy and washable! Dom was so kind to let me borrow a ton of large fabric samples to take home which was amazing because it made it super quick and easy to pick a color and fabric that would be perfect for our apartment. It’s always so hard to imagine from a tiny square swatch. Our couch took only 4 weeks to arrive and we absolutely love it. I’m so happy we upgraded to the 15 year warranty foam too for only $500 more. Great price, great quality and fantastic customer service.”

“Inga was a great help in selecting fixtures for an entire home while we were preparing it for sale last year. She made what could have been an overwhelming task so much easier, with her expert suggestions. I know from experience there is a lot that can go wrong with selecting light fixtures... from not enough light, to wrong scale, and more. Inga kept us from making costly mistakes, and the project turned out great. The customer service was excellent, and there's nothing like being able to see the actual fixtures in person at the store before you order them. Inga helped us pick out at least 12 sets of lights, and we didn't have to return or change any of them. When a glass shade was broken for one of the fixtures, she got us a replacement quickly. I highly recommend using Inga's design services. For a larger project like ours, she might visit your site in person. Otherwise, you will need to send her photos.”

“Found my furniture, put in an order for delivery and set-up scheduled for later the same week, all in about 10/15 mins. Although I didn't get his name the man who helped us was great. We had a strict budget which was mostly spent on a bedframe/mattress and needed a couch as well. They so kindly brought down the price in order for us to complete our purchase and we were able to get everything we needed in less than 20 minutes. The delivery came a few hours later than was originally discussed but it was a holiday so I don't hold it against them. The delivery was easy as the team did all the moving and put together/set up the furniture which was all free. I'll definitely be coming back in future. There's a good amount of stuff in store but they have a lot more inventory you can view and shop from within their catalogues they have at the warehouse.”

I loved knowing who was making my wallbed and having it be in the same city as me.In 2018 I purchased a lateral queen wallbed with accompanying cabinetry from them. Since then I unexpectedly had to move twice and it is still super solid. I don't think cheaper options from another company would have been the same story.Astrid and Abraham are always amazing to work with. During the last move I had a small snag with the size of our corridor and called them in a bit of a panic. Within five minutes they were able to walk us through disassembling the front piece to be small enough to fit.Highly recommend!”

“Needed mattress encasements ASAP due to buying new mattresses because of bed bugs in kids bunk bed. There were only 2 of this product left. One in Greenbrae and one in sf. The guy in the San Rafael location located which two stores had the last two encasements! Everyone at all stores were very friendly and empathetic and they solved my problem!”
