During my shopping experience, as I paid for shoes and clothes, three individuals attempted to assist me at the register, but they eventually left. Upon returning home and inspecting my bag, I discovered that half of my purchase was missing. When I inquired the next day, the staff acknowledged seeing my items but couldn't explain why they weren't packed. Although I could retrieve two items, my shoes had been resold.The floor manager, whose name was on my bill, couldn't explain the situation. He mentioned discussing it with his manager but provided no immediate solution for the sale of my shoes, which were the last available size. Consequently, I left the store without a resolution and without the purchased shoes. They did refund my money and offered a 30% discount for the future, yet it's crucial for their employees to exercise greater care in their responsibilities.

It's Mickey time at Forever 21, so I had to stop by because the mannequin had a cute Mickey Mouse sweater on. Although this store isn't as big as the others I've gone to, I was only looking at the Mickey clothing they had so I didn't mind the lack of selection. The material of the sweater was thick & knitted well. For the trademark & quality, the sweater was priced at $49.99 & this was the only Small they had. In addition, I saw a Minnie Mouse fleece pajama pant that caught my attention. Not only was it soft, but it will keep me warm as well. This was priced at $29.99. Customer service was great, the only embarrassing thing was I had my clothes bagged up in garbage bags because they hadn't received their shipment of shopping bags, but other than that, I was a satisfied customer.

This location will always receive my the lowest rating. I always had a bad experience shopping here! I barely shop here for many reasons! It is overpriced, sizing/quality changed, terrible promotions, not catered to plus size women, poor choice of styles, employee behaviors and the list goes on and on! In today's review, I am going to explain all my experiences why not to shop FOREVER 21 Stonestown. Pros: - Sometimes visually pleasing. - Its always organized. - Store is always clean Cons: - Pricing on all merchandise has increased. - Not a lot of options. - Sizing and quality of material has changed. - Small clearance section compared to the past. - Horrible promotions and marketing strategies to bring it foot traffic. - Some staff treats customers poorly than others. - This location does have a plus size section, just plus size returns. Experience #1: 2023 - I decided not to continue with my purchase bc I thought the promotion is "Buy 1, Get 1 Free ALL Markdowns". The visual team decided to show that type of marketing on the shelves. A full time Leads or Associate (Paula or Pauline) reminded me that the promotion applied to accessories and shoes only. I had to verify to the management team too. Instead, of understanding/listening, the team decides continue with that marketing strategy. I was trying to prevent them from having any problems with any customer. I wasted time looking and trying on clothing. Experience #2 : 2021 - I recalled confronting a manager face to face for hanging up the phone without giving me a concrete answer. She did not expect me to show up in a short amount of time. I called if I could possibly exchange an item for a different size for being a day late from the original day of purchase. From what I had observed, everyone at this store location avoids answering the phone. This store is NEVER busy compared to Serramonte when it used to open. Experience #3: 2018 - Another store manager, that gave me a difficult time is Pearl Marie Alforque. I recalled her rejecting my online returns bc its a web exclusive. Instead of providing me reasons web exclusive clothing pieces could not be returned to the store. She started act a different type of way that I dont approve. I observed her treating associates poorly.

50/50... While I saw a few interesting pieces the price point was overall too high$. Forever 21 used to be better than expected quality, good fashion at reasonable to low prices but not so much at this location. I used to never leave a Forever 21 without a purchase, :/

I was so pleased today, the cashier named Henry was off the chain friendly. Has such a bubbly additude. He has the additude to make you want to come back. So if your lucky enough to get him. He will make your day. Thanks for hiring him

If there's a zero rating this retailer deserves it. My gf went to this store and purchased an item. There was 22 cents left in the store gift card. She asked for the change back but the clerk refused. California Consumer Code 1749.5 stipulates if the customer requests for the change and the balance is less then $10 and it's a store gift card, the retailer is obligated to refund the customer in cash. Their return policy sucks. Can't return anything without the receipt. Ross, Macy's, H & M and even See's Candies accepts exchanges/returns without receipts. The CEO doesn't care they're closing stores and their revenue is falling. They don't see customer satisfaction is connected to their revenue. No wonder so many stores have/are being closed and there's sooo many negative reviews!

I placed an order for my son on 11/19 , the original delivery date was 11/30. I understand that everyone is having shipping delays because of the holidays so I don't want to worried. The 30th came and no package. I called customer service and they assured me that I should have a package by the 2nd of December or I could call back and get a refund. I called back today December 4th because I still have no package and to see if I can just get my money back at this point. The first representative Elaina told me I would have to wait an additional 3 more days which is VERY INCONVENIENT due to the fact it's a gift for Xmas!! i then told her that I was told that if my package didn't arrive on the 2nd I could get my money back, she then goes to read regular procedures to me that she had previously mentioned. I asked for a manager on duty, she then lies and tell me that she doesn't have a manager ???? I'm a manager myself, have been for years and I've NEVER worked nor seen ANY place that never had a manager especially in a call center!!!! So now I'm pissed because not only I can't get great customer service but I'm being lied too on top of it!?! Like wow never would've expected this from a place I frequentLy shop so at this point after the lie I hung up. I called back to see if I can get a honest worker on the phone. I was connected with Liz who I politely told after giving her my information that I would like to speak to a supervisor because it would be more appropriate. She then goes into the same spill from the previous person !!!!! I told her that I would rather speak to her supervisor she goes to first tell me he has 6 calls in front of me , then says she reached out and he advised her and Elaina that it was nothing he could do!!! Mind you Elaina told me that she didn't have a supervisor so how would he reach out to her to say it was nothing he could do when she lied so she didn't have to reach out !?!? It's all childish games and I don't want to be apart of it and I promise I won't spend another hard earned dollar with this company and will make sure that NO ONE I know does as well.
