Very crowded with just a few people. People sitting in the hallways eating chips, very weird vibe. People also camping out in stalls. Nowhere to sit at all, video booths cut out every 5 mins with input errors. Places is nothing but vultures and run down

Worst place ever! Nasty old men, homeless and dirty! The skinny guy at the front desk is a jerk and super rude. He will not talk to you other than saying $10 and will not tell you if there is anyone in the arcade. So you can get in and sit there all day on the stinky filthy benches by yourself and catch diseases.

I came Sunday early afternoon 2 guys there but I went in and they didn't want to play watched the videos for a while to warm me up then later got interesting But it was very hot in back all they have is a fan really!!! Need a fan that takes the hot outside And then I went to restroom and u can't lock the door and the I sat down and the toilet was rocking I looked around and saw this plumbing now I'm not a inspector but this doesn't look right to me ??And the booths well there's only 6 w/hole and then u have A sm theater which is to be a group with benches not really working for me need something else I have a few ideas to make it interesting And the lighting well 1 blue 1 red bulb u can barely see to walk

The shop is well stuffed and sorted, but when I visited I didn’t find anything I hadn’t found before in other spots.The only thing different to other places is the fact, that it’s totally overpriced in most things I looked at.Staff were nice. ?

I expected a bigger place, with more thrill and excitement, since it is advertised as being an iconic spot. Underwhelming at its best for cruising, since there are only 6 booths and there were some people just keeping them locked, doing nothing inside and being rude to everyone. The "bigger" area is a small room with benches and a big screen, but I just wish it was bigger. However I must say that the guy attending, was really nice and helped me with my purchase, even giving me recommendations on which product was better and more popular.

XXX Stores used to be a dime a dozen, but thanks to Amazon, many of these establishments have ceased to exist. Somethings you just want to go in to a store, and get it there, as opposed to ordering on the Internet, literally buying a book by its cover. Thank goodness this one is still here.

I know the staff can be kind of weird but this is a great place. The staff has to deal with all people coming into that place all the time so it's no wonder they're a little weird. I have always had a great time and they have great stuff it's so nice to have someplace to let off some steam!

I did not expect to be met with such attitude and contempt as I felt radiating off of the super-sized attendant as I entered this establishment. He was curt and I felt judged because I had just stopped and the corner store for some junk food. I was holding a couple of black, grocery-like plastic bags and was a bit sweaty from the trek in this warmer weather. Admittedly, I may have looked a bit of a mess but my phone had just died and I was having a bad day to say the least. This individual was not helpful and in just a few short phrases with a snappy attitude, my faith in humanity was brought to question. I expect more from members of our community.

Very Unfriendly Staff And TS People Not Alllowed In Arcade, Wow! I never imagined the ts community was excluded in LGBTQ places, shame on you Goulch, They only accept cash, No Credit/ Debit Cards, be prepared, street parking and very hard to find.
