I have tried getting my car in at least 4 times already and somehow they are never able to give me service. I've set appointments and done walk-ins and still nothing. I don't see the benefit of buying the lifetime warranty, if it can never be used. What seems to be the manager always has a negative attitude and smart mouth.

Booking an appointment and giving vehicle details does not mean anything. At the shop was told time to wait is few hours and then that the part/oil would need to be ordered and to come back the next day. None of this was mentioned when they took information to book appointment.

I went here because my tires were low and needed air. My right rear was especially low. They said I had a huge nail and needed a new tire. Fast forward to now, I went to my regular mechanic for my 5k service. They couldn't find the nail at first. When they did, it was tiny. $30 for a plug and my tires are still good for at least 6 months, possibly 12. Don't go here. They are scammers

I was unsatisfied with the intake customer service representative. I made an appointment for 9 a.m. with the Manager last week for an alignment. The representative said my service would take 20 minutes and was adamant that I wait for my car because there was no capacity to store my car the whole day. I never requested for a whole day storage for my vehicle. Had he asked me, I would have told him that I would be back in about an hour because I was late for my hour meeting at my job which is 2 blocks from Firestone. I eventually told him and then he agreed to provide me service. He was rude and did not provide good customer service. It is not my fault or responsibility to provide vehicle capacity for the customers.

Very disappointing Service especially since I have been using Firestone for my car care over eight years. I got a flat on the freeway, and they refuse to honor the roadside protection. I purchased one new tire, and they installed it on the back of my car where the bad tire was. This is a front wheel drive vehicle, they are fully aware, and that situation the new tire should have gone on the front of the car not on the back.

READ THIS before taking your cars to this specific shop. The staffs at this location will do their best to recommend the unnecessary fixing items and make the most out of each visit. If you have extras money to spend on the unnecessary then bring your cars here. This is just a friendly warning. I dont want to write any issues I had at this store and let those who doubt this message bring their cars in and find out themselves. Good Luck!

I made the appointment for oil change, alignment, tires rotation, mechanic check for breaks, tires and filter at San Francisco Mission street location. When I pick my car , shop only change the oil and alignment. None of other requests were not performed. I dropped my car in at 7 am and pick it up at 1500 , almost 8 hours . That was very disappointing. I think I should go to somewhere else. Very bad service!

The wait time was 30 minutes; when I used to take it to Franklin, the wait time would be 4 hours or so. Also, the staff here is very nice, and the location is a lot less stressful (less traffic) and has more parking.

My wife took our car in for a wheel alignment. Around 8 years ago I paid extra for an alignment that included free future alignments. I had not had an alignment since then and thought it needed it, so my wife took the car in for a free alignment. When she picked it up, she thought it was now driving rough when making turns. She called the next day about bringing it back in. The man who answered the phone was very rude and MISOGYNISTIC. He dismissed her concerns and only wanted to talk to her husband. Not that it mattered, but I was busy and she told him that I was busy and he should deal with her. He continued to be rude to her and started to then grill her on why she even brought the car in for an alignment. He kept pressuring her on why she thought the car needed an alignment in the first place. After she got off the phone, the guy immediately tried to call me (the man) to talk about the car. I was busy and did not answer the phone. One, employees here or anywhere should not dismiss the corners of a woman and push them to let their husbands deal with it. Two, it does not matter why we wanted an alignment. We paid for free lifetime alignments, it had been several years, and we wanted one. You can't charge someone extra for free future alignments and then be an a$$hole to them when they try to get a free alignment in the future. DO NOT do business here if you are a woman or might have your female significant other interact with them. Also, DO NOT pay extra for a lifetime service because they will then gaslight you as to why you need that free service in the future. Even easier, just DO NOT do any business here.

Great experience getting my Fiat 500’s front brakes checked out and replaced. The person helping me kept informing me about the progress throughout the day and got the job finished by end day. But I wish though he had been little more polite with his attitude when I first came to the shop to drop the car. I found him little too direct and hardly presenting any smile when talking. Also I was hoping to get a manager’s discount of some sort but he said he would not be able to unless I have a coupon. Any small gesture could have earned my future business. Still though thanks for getting the job done on time.

Tried to rip me off for 2k. Told me I needed brake pads I didn't need, overpriced me on 2 tires, and tried to charge another $500 just to look at my headlight that was out. Took it to a private mechanic, everything I needed done for under $200 and no unnecessary lies. Women, this place will take advantage big time, avoid!!!

According to the staff, Roberto is the manager of the store. I just want to advise everyone in regards to the lack of leadership and customer service. Per the employees working there, he does not spend his time training his staff. Instead, he would rather make the employees do miscellaneous chores and work. Wouldn't you want to have a strong work crew so you'd have more business and growth? I wanted a certain service done at this shop. I made sure to go through the right channels, i.e. Making an appointment online, staying in contact via phone calls to make sure I make it to the store on time. However, during my arrival, Roberto cowardly told someone else to deny my service. I have no issue with my car being denied for this service, just wanted to let everyone know not to support this particular business as long as Roberto is around.
