Really wanted to buy shoes. Wasn’t greeted and waited around circling but the associate was just chatting with friends.

Worst Macy's. Had many things to buy, no one at service desk. Left everything at counter, went to Boudin, and because I was using Apple Pay, had to wait and again, left without purchasing.
