Great showroom. Parking in the Mission is just icing on the cake. I enjoyed the opportunity to put my hands and eyes on a variety of high end appliances.

Very knowledgeable people. Lots of ideas and lots of choices. Just be prepared to bring the check book. It ain't cheap. Helpful staff too.

I can't say how happy I am that I bought most of our fixtures for our bathroom remodels from Keoki and Ferguson on Valencia. We have been through MONTHS of construction where we have needed to purchase EVERYTHING. Keoki was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed PARTICULARLY the stuff we didn't know we needed! We did buy a few things from other vendors and their customer service was nowhere near as good as Ferguson. When one of the ventilation fans we purchased stopped working a few weeks after installation, Keoki made sure we had another one coming to us STAT, literally a few days, so it arrived before our electrical inspection!

Keoki Garner was great. This is our second project with them and they make it very easy. They set us up with the Build.com website and walked us through any in person questions. I highly recommend this place if you are doing any remodeling.

Ok. So. I work in an industry where I'm somewhat of a specialist in fixing and customizing cars. So I'm used to people wanting to ask me a lot of questions as they try to figure out what they want or need to do with their vehicles. At times it can be tough. But I never forget that it's how I earn my living. I never forget that without those people asking me their questions and needing my help and advice; I'd be broke and unemployed. I started with that explanation in order to give my mindset as I started calling bathroom fixture companies today with some bathtub related questions. First of all. Most places on my Yelp app weren't open Saturdays. I guess only people that can take a weekday off are allowed to shop for bathtubs. I dunno ? Anyways. Of the VERY FEW bathroom fixture companies that were open to even TRY TO CALL. Several didn't answer. Several were rude or short or distracted on the phone. And one got so annoyed with me having the audacity to ask if they had more than one bathtub on display. That they told me. "Call Fergusons. They can answer all your questions "So I called Ferguson's and Allison answered on the second ring. She was patient. Polite and well spoken. She advised me that they had 5 -6 samples of bathtubs and can order ANYTHING. She invited me into their showroom and advised that they even had a parking lot ! In downtown SF?! Free parking ?!! About an hour later my wife and I were able to park safely and come inside their very nice showroom to meet Miss Allison. She did exactly what she said she'd do. She showed us all the tubs. She answered all our questions. She LISTENED to our needs and in about 10-15 minutes. I had a firm grasp on bathtub construction and material types and I was being given a very concise list of my three favorite choices along with specs for my contractor to veto or approve. So. Pros. 1. Open Saturdays. !!!! Hell. They even actually answer their phones when they're open ! And they're polite !!2. Secure, safe and clean parking lot. 3. Secure ,safe and clean showroom. 4. Allison knows wassup ! She is knowledgeable and informative. Generous with her time and patient. 5. No pressure. Just. Examples and answers and fair prices. Cons. They didn't serve waffles. Waffles make everything better. Just sayin. Anyways. This place made me feel valued and comfortable as a client. That still means something.

We had a great experience ordering our fireclay kitchen sink. We had tight specs to meet that weren’t standard and needed it asap. Alison Breslin patiently worked with us to find the right sink! She was knowledgeable, professional and calm!

The communication and management of my purchases has been horrendous. They don’t provide you updates on your order unless you follow up regularly, and the timelines they provide are completely inaccurate. Over a year in to waiting, and nothing to show for it other than a massive headache while they hold my money.

We visited the Valencia showroom and Rosa helped us put together a list of project item potentials (fawcets, sinks etc). She was great at showing us different items.

Avoid this place at all costs. The communication is horrendous, they provide no visibility or transparency into timelines, and when they do they are incredibly inaccurate. If you make a purchase with them they'll hold your money in purgatory. It's one thing to have supply chain issues, but it's a totally different issue to mislead and misinform your customers.

I had to replace multiple appliances and went to Ferguson based on a referral. I was lucky to have been connected with Rosa Jovel. She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and creative with her suggestions and solutions. She stayed in touch with me to keep me posted through the various supply chain delays, and then remained engaged and helpful after the delivery and install. I would recommend Rosa Jovel at Ferguson to anyone who is in need of kitchen appliances.

Ferguson is extremely difficult to work with. I purchased a mini refrigerator to replace the old model. When contacting Ferguson to make a purchase, everyone is responsive and seem very eager to help provide a great customer service experience. Problem is, once you make the purchase and try to get an installation and haul away of the old unit ordered, nobody responds. I have one representative tell me that Ferguson doesn't do installations only to be told by the sales associate that I was working with that they do. The sales associate tried to connect me with his manager on September 2nd to set everything up but ever since then, I haven't been able to get a response to any of the several emails and phone calls that I've made to him. Don't purchase from Ferguson.09/21/2022:Update from my original 09/09/2022 review...still haven't been able to get a representative, store manager, or customer service representative II (all of whom I've spoken to to make my request) to get on the phone and schedule an installation and haul away. If you're looking for a company that will shove your purchase out of the back of the delivery truck as they drive by laughing and counting your hard earned money, then Ferguson is your place!"cUsToMeR sErViCe Is A pRiOrItY"

Ferguson recently acquired Monark Appliances - an appliance store in San Rafael. The acquisition has completely stalled our kitchen renovation. Customer service refuses to deliver appliances because they don't know how to run/operate Ferguson's new inventory management and payment system. I've never encountered a situation where a company just flat out refuses to provide updates or deliver appliances. I recommend taking your business elsewhere - this is not worth the headache or cost of delayed construction.
