I was shopping downtown with a friend and was walking by the store when several employees at the door called to us and asked if we wanted to come in. Since we weren't in a hurry, we said sure. We had so much fun looking at all the bags and talking with Lina. She patiently showed us all the great bags they had just gotten in and she was extremely friendly and kind. Fendi hadn't been on my radar in a while, but I really liked a lot of their new styles. I look forward to going back again!

I received an email from the FENDI Client to exchange my bag for another bag with the exact time and date, along with Fendi informing the store about my trip to the Fendi store. When I arrived, the front staff told me we don't do exchanges. After showing the email, they told me they would inform the manager. Well, finally, they said yes to the exchange, and I handed them my bag. Later, I chose the bag I wanted, and suddenly the manager came in to tell me we couldn't do it because of the TAX differences. Well, this has to be thought about before I drive 120 miles, so I needed to be informed since this was an appointment for exchange. Who knew a lux store could not do an exchange that simple. I mean, I went to many stores and processed a return or exchange in no time. They ended up offering me to keep my bag and ship the new bag later. Well, I did not want to let this happen. I asked them where is my bag, as I didn't want to exchange it through this store. When I picked up my bag, it was not in its original packaging, and I am investigating to see why they thought it was okay to throw out the packaging of my bag to the trash. Stopped in to buy a bag. Service was great client advisor was Melissa she was friendly, not pushy, but was experienced with the product and helpful to find the right bag. When checking out it was quick. She explained the return policy and warranty. Love the brand will return!

I bought something from this store and the sales person tells me right when I am paying that there are no returns. His comment was rude because he was judging me already and lying at the same time about the company return policy. I was a little shocked but whatever. I checked online and their return policy is 14 days. Of course you need to return the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Sales person is a short Asian guy. I like Fendi but I don’t like this store so now I only buy online.

The 1st time I came here was great. 2nd visit was poor customer service. I came in to buy a few items and the lady followed me around the store in a very passive aggressive way (was very nice nasty). I will not be returning to this location and will buy my goods elsewhere. Thanks Mel ?

Stopped in and usually shop with Yumi. As she has moved locations, I shopped with Lina today. She was very sweet and gave great styling tips. She brought out many styles and had good recommendations and knowledge of the brand offering. Thank you Lina for the fantastic service! I will be back soon!

Came here yesterday during Mother's Day. Was looking for a bucket bag but ended up leaving with a peek a boo bag. I appreciate the time the sales person took but I felt really pressured to make a decision bc of the way the sales were being done. I didn't want to spend as much as I did but spending so much time in the store I felt bad and almost obligated to make the purchase. I've never made such a big purchase on a bag and idk if I regret it per se but next time I just know to walk out of if im uncomfortable. They were really nice and took their time but they offered me the most expensive bags in their shop rather than showing me cheaper bags unless I asked for them. I get that they are trying to make their sales and make me "happy" with my purchase but sometimes it seems like a lot. I even tried asking for a minute so I can chat with my husband and they wouldn't really leave ... overall nice experience, I just hope that I can make good use of the bag I got. Also it is exchange or store credit only which is very weird for items this pricey and given the pressure they put on you lolll. My recommendation-come in knowing what you want and walk away if you are uncomfortable! (Nice touch was macaroons as I was leaving)

I had a great experience here, the rep for the men's section was very friendly and patent with me as I shopped for a nice piece I was happy with my purchase and it was nicely wrapped and package will be going back here in the near future

Let me start off by saying that I have shopped at many Fendi's around the US & globe. None of them come close to the warmth, kindness and ease of Fendi San Francisco. Muna -- my go-to guru at this store, makes every shopping experience special. Whether you're looking for an extra special gift for someone, or casually entertaining a "treat yourself" moment--this store raises the bar in ways the rest of the local competition simply cannot! Thank you Fendi SF!

2021: The sales people work on commission in that store. // I read the other reviews. Remember that if you buy online, the sales staff make no commission. You need to shop in the store, stick with 1 sales person to develop a sales relationship with, & let them know you know they work on commission. My experience within any store where they work on commission is: if you find a good personality match between you & a sales person, you will have a luxurious time each time you visit, as long as you occasionally buy items from the same sales person. If they see you always buying on-line & then returning items, not giving them the opportunity to earn commission, you won't win anyone over. Some commission sales people, of course, are in the wrong job, so find 1 in the store that treats you right, but only if you let them earn commission. It's a 2 way street is what I've learned shopping ??️ on "The High Streets" all around the world ?. 6/9/21: I bought FF logo sneakers. Michael showed me a matching jacket, but it was scratched, so they would not sell it to me. Michael was professional & helpful. The manager lady was professional & friendly. Carlos was nice too. I'll be ? for a different (same) jacket later, after they get a replacement. 6/18/21. I picked up my new F logo wear jacket. Michael showed me more interesting nice items for future buying. I like Fendi now. Michael was patient, relaxed, professional, & nice. I highly recommend him. Be direct & respectful of his time, as he works on commission, & he'll keep your sizes, remember your style, & help curate nice options to increase your Fendi wardrobe. You may also get invited to private secret for special customers only events. I won't elaborate here & now. You do have to buy things to be considered special. Oh, & 1 more thing: When you develop a good customer / sales person relationship, the sales person will tell you things via text. Michael texted me that the FF logo reversible jacket I liked was going up in price by $170! He arranged for me to buy it over the ? phone from him (NOT on-line!), since it was not in stock, & then when it came in, I went to the store ? to pick it up. He saved me $170! See how it benefits you as a customer to develop a good sales relationship with 1 professional sales person? You & the on commission sales person both benefit. I obviously have no problem spending thousands of $ on clothes that I like, but to waste $ is not a good thing. Saving $170 is a good thing. It's more $ to donate to my charitable causes, such as the SFSPCA. Don't forget to donate to charities. 6/23/21: I bought a nice pair of ? black leather sneakers. 8/3/21: I bought ? FF logo sneakers, FF logo stretch material drawstring waist trousers ?, & a fun hoodie jacket ?. Today's total: $3,785.65. 8/8/21: I picked up my ? Fendi slip on sneakers & hemmed stretch cotton polyester blend drawstring waist trousers ?. The complimentary hemming of the bottom was perfect. I love the combo of wearing my ? black mesh FF logo slip on sneakers with my ? Fendi FF logo drawstring waist stretch material trousers.

I would like to register a very strong complaint against the manager and Yumi of the Fendi store on Grant Avenue in San Francisco. I bought a Fendi bag there this week, and I decided the next day that the bag was bigger than I wanted, so I took it back to the store in order to exchange it for a smaller bag. The store manager refused to exchange the bag, saying that it was ‘used’. The bag was in perfect condition, and the receipt clearly says that exchanges are allowed within 14 days. The store manager was extremely rude to me. My advice is to avoid this particular Fendi location. My advice to Fendi is to get a new manager and Yumi. Both of them are Chinese, the manager I don't know her name, chubby short Chinese woman.

I came in here on several occasions after I just rolled out of bed. Unlike many boutiques of big names, Fendi as a brand I always experienced to be so warm. However, this location is VERY down to earth and friendly.They really don’t judge here, they know that people with money to burn in San Francisco, don’t care if they look expensive while running errands!They are also very EFFICIENT AND PATIENT! I “had history” from purchasing just 1 pair of sunglasses. It allowed them to transfer in a bag I wanted BEFORE purchasing. I purchased it, didn’t touch it! And they exchanged it a week later because I changed my mind on the color. Then, I started having anxiety that I made a mistake on the style completely. On the 15th day, a day over the 14-day exchange policy, they exchanged the bag again for a different style that they just got in store. I never took the bag out of the box and they trusted me. Trying to keep this short, but I love the manager(s) here and everyone else who has helped me. Carlos, Lisa, Christian, Marco and Yumi are all amazing and I will always buy Fendi through this location.

The sales associate who helped me was friendly, however I didn't like how she waited until I paid for an item to tell me the return and exchange policy. I would have liked to know that before I made a purchase so that I know my options as a customer. (F.Y.I you can only exchange items but not get a refund.) Then I was to sign something agreeing to it which was excessive. By that point I had already paid for my item. So what if I decided to not sign it then what? That's inconsistent and confusing to the customer. My feedback would be to be transparent to customers. I know she has a sales goal but that's deceiving by waiting until I pay for my item to tell me the policy.
