I ship here often but there is turn over. Recently they hired a lady that don’t give a damn and don’t mind letting customer know she does not give a damn. I do feel management keep her because she is person of color. terrible customer service skills, poor manner, and I will personally not hire her for any reason. She is working today July 18th at 3pm.

Automatic door wouldn't work during regular hours, so had to be pried open manually. There was no-one at the desk for several minutes. Unloaded 6 large boxes for shipment only to be told that they couldn't be accepted because the plastic wrap could foul in transit and that no packaging was available for sale on site. Fair enough, but could have done without the strong 'no can do' attitude.

I waited 15 minutes just for the staff to be rude, snappy and unwelcoming. She sent me across town to a different location but I chose to go to the 4th st UPS instead of FedEx where I was helped instantly and treated with professionalism.

The black lady at the front desk got an attitude. Probably not having a good day but it’s not fair to mistreat other customers that way especially if I'm there just to pick up a package. The other associates were fairly nice though when they went to check on the driver who was supposed to be there on time.

The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a shipping center - available parking, no line, kind staff who helped me carry my heavy package into the store.

Driver didn't ring the intercom or call my number that's posted on the door. Package costs 300 because it's from out of the country and still haven't received it. It's 3 day service and this is the 6 day. Try DHL
