Both employees were very friendly, which I don't always find in these types of stores so I wanted to take a moment to mention it. We ended up having to stay a few minutes past closing and they were very nice about it.

Passive aggressive management. Instead of helping me with my order there was complaining, charging more for no reason, taking much more time than necessary, if you hate your job find another one. People are treated like brainless cattle here.

Giselle is a super star!! She was so helpful and it was SO clear that she knew how to help in every and any way possible and knew every solution FedEx has to offer. She helped me with printing services in store all while being able to multi-task without faltering or seeming stressed or bothered in any way. I always come to this specific location because the service is above and beyond. By far the best location I have ever been to.

Sent a package here with insurance. Recipient received the package with the contents missing. I’ve tried contacting FedEx multiple times for a refund but they haven’t gotten back to me. Would not recommend shipping a package here.

By far the best FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in the Bay Area. Have always been helped quickly and all my print/binding needs have been fulfilled. Caesar has helped me on multiple occasions when I’ve needed something turned around quickly. He always is attentive and makes sure everything is perfect before I leave

We visited the FedEx store on Sloat in San Francisco yesterday where Omar assisted us with a shipment. Omar is a wonderful asset as an employee of FedEx! Not only did he arrange our shipment perfectly in just a few minutes, but while doing so explained clearly to me all of the steps I did not know when shipping FedEx, so that now I will be using FedEx a lot more. Also, Omar was very patient with me as I have great difficulty hearing and wear hearing aids. Thank you so very much Omar and FedEx for delivering my Overnight Express package on time!

Terrible! I wish I had met the workers that are mentioned in other comments. Every time I come here I am treated poorly and find the machines and cutters in such poor shape, that I can't use most of the material I complete here. When a project is basic but too urgent to wait for a standard printing company, I begrudgingly come here. I think this is the last time I deal with FedEx print services at all.

I had a great experience here. I went to pick up a very large package that I was a bit worried about fitting in my car. I wish I had gotten the names of who helped me, but 2 employees helped me carry the heavy/large box out to my car, and helped me load it in. Luckily it fit perfectly! I was so grateful to have their help. It would have been next to impossible to load that box alone. Thank you for going above and beyond your normal job duties to help a customer! It was so appreciated!

I was worried about my software, not being able to set the print out scale 1 to 48 for architectural drawings for my remodel permits. CJ work worked his magic and was able to print out my architectural drawing on a 36 x 24" Paper with a scale of 1 to 48. Thank you so much CJ.

I came here to send a package with a pre-paid label. It was a new process for me and the staff were very helpful and patient with me. They let me know how to use the machines in the future as well!

Carolyn went out of her way to ignore me and try to help everyone but me even though I had been standing in line waiting my turn and it was my turn. When I told her that she was acting as if I was invisible, she proceeded to tell me that I should have respect and that she had to help everyone. I told her that I was the next person that should have been helped and that she was extremely rude. I have shipped at Fedex daily for over 14 years due to my work and I have never encountered a rude Fedex employee until today.
