The associates here are usually so pleasant and helpful. Today I had a terrible experience with “Jamal”, the associate on duty. They were incredibly rude from the moment I stepped inside. When I asked them to speak up so I could understand better as they were mumbling shipping costs/delivery days, they audibly sighed and yelled the answer in my face. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed, especially after my typically good experience at this location.
Jamal needs some serious customer service training.

Needed help with printing documents from my phone that also needed to be printed,Alex and Tom were so very helpful with this due to the fact I'm definitely not a very techie person!! Nice Guys working Their at the FedEx office

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. For all of FEDEX. This company is worse than any other company I have ever had to work with. Packages get lost constantly. They don't care if it's a $1200 package with medically sensitive product or a Christmas present. Though it's the holiday season there are still ways to be able to make someone feel valued. I called to find out where my package was and asked them to please contact the facility where my package was last scanned and they said they "weren't allowed" which I know is a lie because they have done it before for me. When I asked for a supervisor they told me they aren't allowed to transfer to a supervisor... what? How are you not allowed? Worst company ever! I will avoid shipping through them at all costs. They need to rethink their policies. If you can't keep track of your packages then you should fix the issue instead of not caring. Completely unprofessional, rude, lazy, and worthless. I don't even know how FedEx is still in business with how terrible they are.

If could give no stars I would. I placed a complaint with FedEx for a delivery caught on video where the driver shoved my high value shipped RayBans through the gate instead of contacting me on the call box, phone number or coming in an putting them up in the secured mail area of my building. Filed complaint in three areas of their site, called stores for help and the 800 number , still no response. Typical FedEx laziness and in professionalism. Caught on video damaging items and the way @FedEx handles it is by ignoring it or passing the buck making the customer do all the work on an issue that violates everything FedEx says differentiates them from using UPS and other services, .... genuine care and professional etiquette. See pictures snapped from video that FedEx hasn't made any attempt to follow up on. Also originalComplaint below as filed requesting contact with a supervsior by phone, online and direct. "On 9/10 I received a damaged package of Raybans sunglasses. It appeared package was tampered with and called police / file report. When we reviewed the video cameras the damage to the package was done by the Fedex delivery man. I need to speak to someone as I have bent sunglasses and the behavior caused issues with police and us thinking we had a package thief. I have video and pictures of your employee damaging the package and sunglasses inside that we paid extra for safe and quick delivery from fedex. Please contact me ASAP or will be posting to social media my experience. "

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. I love the people here. Everyone I have come in contact with always goes above and beyond for their customers. They are pretty particular about giving you supplies since they only have so much since it's a shipping center but other than that, I enjoy coming here to shop things out for work. Also, there is hardly anyone here when I come in so that's a plus to be able to go in and out!

I get to the office, the clerk is busy with one customer and the manager is talking to the Terminex guy. I am thinking this won't take long but the clerk was taking her sweet time assisting the customer as well as holding a conversation with him with no regard that there's two more customers waiting for 5 to 10 minutes. The manager doesn't even bother to open up the second station. At this location, they move like slugs.

Corrine did exceptional work. She helped me locate my package from a courier and make sure that it was delivered to the correct floor in my building. FedEx corporate was no help.

I came in to throw away a cup of coffee that I didn't finish prior to getting on the Golden Gate Transit bus. This location is directly in front of a bus stop and there's a visible garbage can right at the front door. There are no garbages on the street close by. You'd have to walk across the street to get to the nearest public garbage, which I'm not going to do when waiting in line for a bus that is scheduled to arrive any minute. There's a lady at this FedEx that has been working here for years, I know bc I've been a customer before. I've even asked for permission in the past prior to throwing away a cup of coffee in there. After I get back into line for the bus, the lady behind the counter of FedEx comes out and DRAMATICALLY tosses the coffee from the cup into the street then goes back inside. She pulled the coffee out of the garbage and apparently wanted me to see. Fine whatever. Then she comes back to the garbage and starts rummaging around in it very loudly as though no garbage should be in there. I look back at her, we lock eyes, and she gives me the dirtiest look. She needs to calm down and get over herself. No need to be so immature about the matter. If she or this particular FedEx location don't want people from the public to use their garbage, they should remove it from view or maybe add a sign saying something to the tune of "Paper Only" or "No Food or Liquids Please". She behaved very poorly and a manager should have a discussion with her about it. I will go out of my way to avoid ever doing business at this location in the future if she's the one behind the counter. But I will continue to use that garbage as long as it's there and with no sign asking the public not to use it.

I was in a rush, I arrived at rush hour. My package was taken care of in short order. My options were clearly explained. The employee - blondish female was extremely bright and quick. I'm embarrassed I did not get her name. I did say thank you and rushed out the door. It's Fed Ex. They delivered what they should deliver as it should have been delivered.

Every time I come in here I am met with the same, incredibly rude, unaccommodating lady. Experience #1: The place is empty, I walk in and say hello, nothing back. Said hello 3 times before she looked up from her cell phone to take my already labeled package. Experience #2: walked in at 5:29 and was screamed at that they don't take packages after 5:30 despite being open until 6(and again, with a prepaid label)
