I was assisted by Jerome at store number 4443 on 120 Bush street, San francisco, California 94104. Jerome was amazing at helping me with getting a scientific poster printed on short notice. Even though the store's printer server went down, Jerome went above and beyond to help me get my poster printed at a nearby store. I couldn't be more thankful for his help!

Fedex Employee told me at 5pm on a Monday to walk to another Fedex because hes too busy. I walked to a UPS instead - hire more staff if your current ones are too incompetent to process a package

I went in to this FedEx to ship my passport off to a consulate (ridiculous, I know, I could have just walked it over there, but they wouldn't allow me to submit without a tracking number). The lady there was very sweet and helpful, charged me $13 for FedEx Ground shipping (including packaging), and told me multiple times it would arrive next day (in fact that's what it says on my receipt). I left the store, very chuffed at how easy this all was, and figured I'd get word back from the consulate in a few days to let me know everything was ready for pickup. Well, I just went online to track my package and it seems FedEx Ground ACTUALLY can take UP TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT. Now my passport is stuck in FedEx limbo and I may not be able to travel. THANKS FOR NOTHING, HELPFUL LADY.

Not sure if this matters but this place is great!!! I have been coming here for the past few years and always friendly, gets the job done and great service. No complaints!! Thanks for making me a happy jew!

I paid $18 for two pasaport photographs. Is it the same price all place I really don't know. Staff is kind. Electronic's boxes for cargo are expensive. But they sent your package right time.

Awful experience. Came here to scan a photo when I was in a rush. They did nothing to help me. The scanner was faulty and kept scanning the photo with a bunch of dirty dots on it. They said there is nothing they can do and charged me anyway. People are paying you money to scan and print. Fix your goddamn scanners and printers. And get rid of the morons at the front desk. Not helpful at all.

I've been here twice and both times, it took at least 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me when I obviously was waiting for some assistance. One time I was the only person here with two staff members and they both ignored me. I wanted to print one item and I ended up being here for over 30 minutes since I was invisible to them for like 15. Was customer service not part of their training?! They took so long to acknowledge me that I had time to start my yelp review while I was waiting. They were also absolutely no help when I was having difficulty. It baffled me how incompetent the employees were. Worst of all, the end product had terrible color quality. This would've been a 0 Star review if it was an option and the only reason why it has 2 stars is because I came back a few days later to reprint my item since it was so s*** the first time. The employee that helped me the second time was a lot nicer and my print turned out perfect. Wish I got his name.
