I recently visited FedEx to send a package internationally and had a wonderful experience. Sophia, the staff member who assisted me, was exceptionally helpful and courteous. She wasn't initially sure if FedEx shipped to the country I intended to send the package to, so she promptly contacted customer service to find out.
After confirming that the shipment could be made, Sophia took care of packing everything for me, making the process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor left a positive impression. I appreciate the excellent service provided by FedEx and would definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Maya was very helpful in introducing herself to me, and really tailoring her and her team's expertise to my needs/requests. Sophia went out of her way to make do with the labels (I didn't have enough labels so she printed on other paper and cut it down to label size). Tom took my order and was very open to learning on the job. It's clear that Maya is proud of her team and supportive in helping them excel at their customer service. Her tailored experience for me was something I had never experienced (to that extent) in other print stores.

I don't recommend it! It was necessary to print 100 sheets. They said that I could create an order, but I needed to buy a flash drive, otherwise there was allegedly no way to transfer the files to their computer. After purchasing the flash drive, they could not provide the service; the money for the flash drive was not returned. I spent two days on, visited three fedex offices and could not print what I needed, but I spent $10 on a flash card that I did not need and $8 supposedly for help with a file that in the end they could not print. In fact, they smiled at me and stole my money and time. Avoid!!! After that, I went to the Chinese in Chinatown and did what I needed in 20 minutes.
The office visit was approximately 3 p.m., 03.20.2024.

I'm completely new to the San Francisco area and had never printed an email of mine before. I was completely new to the system on what I needed to do. The Asian gentleman who was working this morning around 11:30 a.m. was extremely helpful. I was completely clueless about what I was doing but the guy stayed patient with me and helped me until I was completed making my copies which were extremely important and had to be done immediately, as I had an appointment. My greatest appreciation for your help today, there's absolutely nothing to complain about with your FedEx office. ?

Terrible experience. Avoid! Staff has very low abilities to understand basic concepts, English language and zero skills of solving any problems regarding customer service. Fedex was not able to deliver a package within the city in more than 7 days despite having the delivery location open during delivery time. Fedex customer service at this location refused to take any responsibility, and behaved very rude. My last experience with this office.

Went there to pick up my print order. I ordered it 10 mins before I went in. Despite the pickup being 4 hrs away, the order was already ready for pickup. Friendly staff :)

I had a rush print order that needed to be delivered next day for a class. They were amazing to quickly process the print order even though it was a busy day, and they called me several times to share updates throughout the process. They totally knocked it out of the park and saved my day!

I went there to pick up the prints and they were not ready!The guy who was in charge of the store was not minding the store properly.Either he was utterly incompetent or was pretending to be.There were two other people supporting him who kept on scratching their noses, as if they were members of some unnamed network!If they were taught when to scratch their noses, they could also have been told about me and asked to solve my printing woes expeditiously.Weird.

Staff are grumpy and unhelpful. I guess FedEx is going for grumpy, unpleasant and unhelpful as brand standards.

Don't bother with tracking numbers and door tags. Customer service told me my package was in SF and in transit for delivery. Never came. I go to the store and they said my package is in SF. Store employee called they're transit center and it turns out it's in San Diego. Crazy they have tracking numbers but it takes 3 different departments to figure out where a package is.

tried to pick up a package today and was unable because their system was down. When I went back to pick up the package it had been returned to the sender. Roughly 20% of the time I come here there is some issue. Be aware that the line can be long due to not many people working there.
