Do not come here by any means. I dropped off a fedex package here and asked for a receipt. They said they didn’t do receipts. Now, it’s been a couple days and my package hasn’t even tracked. I called the store and they told me they can’t help me so now I’m SOL. The (I assume) owner was extremely rude.

Terrible place. They charged double when I wanted to pay with credit card. It was my worst experince also they were sooo rude.

A tiny neighborhood shop that offers an incredibly helpful arrays of photocopy, mailing, packaging, and passport services. They are always super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very inexpensive. Thank you!!

They are super rude and unprofessional. Specially the gentleman who runs the store. The wife is a little 'nicer'. If you have time or you don't mind going to a different neighborhood than your apartment/work to drop off a package just go! They don't offer any type of receipt (so if you lose your package it's gone forever) and they charge $3 just to put a tape on your box. Normally when you go to parcel service store and your item is not taped right or if you're out of tape and couldn't tape your box they put on for you at no cost. Anywhere would do that for free. But they charge $3 for like 5 inches of glue tape! So ridiculous.I'm a HUGE fan of supporting small businesses, but not them. They are absolutely trash (sorry for the language)

The gentleman that runs this shop is extremely unprofessional and downright rude. I have dropped packages off here on multiple occasions since I work close by - the woman is always pleasant and helpful, but I avoid going in here if the man is working because he is so unpleasant and has even mistaken me for their neighbor on more than one occasion - and we look nothing alike, aside from race (offensive). He refuses to to take pre-labeled packages and charges twice as much for passport processing than anywhere else. They also refuse to provide a receipt of any kind, so if something gets lost - too bad. I go way out of my way to mail small packages from another shop with much better customer service. It matters !

Very unprofessional. I use this mail service all the time. They've lost a package of mine before so I take a photo of the packages when I drop them off. Today I was told do not take photos we will not give you permission. I'm just trying to keep file of my packages. If you have nothing to hide why be so defensive. Keep an eye out.

For 20 years they have helped me ship locally, nationally and internationally; I never have had a lost package/letter with them. All the other services are prompt and efficient-passport, supplies, etc. And all this with genuine neighborhood feel and personalized, caring service. Truly a Haight Street gem!

I feel sorry for people who have to use this business because it is absolutely horrible. Slow, inefficient and expensive. They definitely need more help. I have to go here because it is the only business that does notary services. If you do go, you should wait at least 10 minutes before opening so that you are the first person.

Charged my sons mom $999 for "EXPEDITED" passport fees which had a 4 week turn around. At the end of the day they still have to go through the agency. Its not like they make the passports themselves smh. So why not just go through the agency and pay $60 with a 1-3 day turn around. ONE star because they did refund her back after i told her to so that was a plus. They said for (i think) a 1 week turn around it was $2000 for expedited fee and i believe the guy on the phone said $1500 for 2 weeks. I may be wrong about those prices but i can assure you they charged $999 for (what my sons mom said) a 4 week turnaround. I wouldn't go here. Now I'm not sure if it really cost $999 everywhere else and I'm just over reacting but we just decided to go through the actual passport agency who told us fill out all the forms and they will set a date 2 weeks prior to the trip and the passport will be available the day after that appointment. So good luck to you guys if you want to use 3rd party. Unbelievable. Ill update my rating after i research more places to compare pricing. If its the normal you can be sure ill higher my rating.

I went there to get a color copy.They took my usb stick and sat on the computer, without asking me how I want the print nor how much it would cost. Then I said, please print it on thick paper.The guy went back, took my stick from the lady that was working on it, brought it to me and said: “we don’t have time for you”.
