I’ve been coming here for years for printing and shipping. The manager and the staff are excellent. They always go above and beyond and are very helpful. Good customer service is rare these days. I appreciate them very much.

Brandon was incredible. Put an order in for business cards on Sunday said they would be ready Monday at 1PMHad meetings starting at 12, so I arrived was greeted professionally by Brandon and explained my issue. He said let me see what I can do! 15 minutes later I had the cards in hand! I wish all FedEx employees had this attitude. Truly a top notch employee! Thank you Brandon

I needed to ship internationally but when the lady (supposed to be the manager) asked me for the zip code she said that FedEx does not ship over there, which is obviously not true. I tried with another one and was not working either, so eventually she said: it could just be technology, you know?!We’ll thanks a lot for your help. If she’s the manager I can only imagine how this store can run. Good luck!

This is a long overdue review for an absolutely fabulous FedEx Team at Van Ness and Post in San Francisco. As San Francisco Realtors, we have used the services of this FedEx Team countless times over the years, and they are always calm, courteous, efficient, timely and communicative. They have printed Listing Presentation booklets, flyers, signs for open houses and more, and they always exceed our expectations. Shy helped us last week. She called to convey they had received my order, confirmed the details, and then called me when it was ready for pickup! Two stunning Listing Presentation packets, beautifully bound were ready for my afternoon appointment with Sellers. This Team is always so helpful and pleasant, and I hope to continue to work with them for many years to come!

I usually use this place because it's not very crowded. The store is also spacious and easy to look around.
They do both pick-up and drop-off very efficiently.

a scam shop they don't print resume's from yahoo only google of course the worker told me after after after after I paid my $$$ for going through the scam all I wanted was my resume, I will get my justice from this dystopian hellscape these morons you could have saved me all that $$$ but, you did'nt did you ?? no you didn't you thought it was funny I will be writing the CEO lets see what Raj has to say if he doesn't AGREE OK then I will ask the board of directors I'm so sick of this crap watch the amazing reviews are next sure ________ is 100% fair, we say bs they are evil corrupt !!!

Used FedEx in Van Ness to send trade-in to Apple. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Item was processed quickly and the whole experience was pleasant. Thanks for your great service.

Fed-Ex totally sucks when it comes to getting help with tracking. If you don't have your tracking number handy, you can't call to the location you shipped it from because the number listed for your location will get you an automated agent, who will ask you questions that are not relevant to what you want, and then the automated attendant will connect you to a call center, which is not where you want to go because they can't help you. DO BETTER Fed-Ex!

So I went on an errand for my grandmother , she needed papers shredded , when I arrived the woman employee said only paper can be shredded , she had noticed other items. So I removed the items which took me about 8 minutes. By the time I came back to the counter she decided she was taking her lunch lol , if you hate your job go work somewhere else or open your own business lady. So another employee helped me and he weighted the bag which was 25 pounds. Then he proceeded to the garbage bin to toss the papers in ...he made me wait till it was all in a bin for me to pay. That was unnecessary and I even asked him did I have to wait as he was doing that, and he asked what did I mean ?

Always helpful staff. They leave you to do your thing, and when asked for help, they provide it. Nothing more; nothing less. That's what I look for in a self service model.
