I'm amazed by the level of customer service I received. I often feel like good Customer Service no longer exists. However, Charles went above and beyond to help me fix a problem I was having with an order made through Kinko's website. He made follow up calls (that he didn't even have to make) and was dedicated to making sure we got the order right. I'm extremely impressed. I honestly haven't received this level of customer service for any company in MANY years. Thank you!

Well this place should have the "Pinocchio" Award for lies. I needed to get something across the country for a next day delivery. I show up first thing in the morning and was reminded "when it absolutely, positively needs to be there overnight" but was also told I could select early morning, mid day or late afternoon as options (at an additional fee). Since it absolutely positively needed to be there over night I opted for the small "mortgage size cost" plan not the "taj mahal cost" plan. Guess what - delay after delay after delay1) Monday, 7/17/2023 9:56 AM Picked up2) Operational Delay, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 8:26 PM (sat at their office all day)3) Package delayed,OAKLAND, CA 12:09 PM (missed the last flight out)Honestly I could have walked it to Oakland in less time then FedEx took.Epic fail FedEx Office Print & Ship Center (of hell).

Great service. Omar went above and beyond helping me with a shipping issue. I read another review claiming he made something easy, complicated. Not at al in my case. In fact, the other way around. Thank you, Omar, for helping me out (after first having gone to three other FedEx locations...all of which couldn't help me).

I'm sure like all of us we have used FedEx many times, either to ship something to someone or to be on the receiving end. My complaint and bad review is when I'm waiting for a package to be delivered to my home. When I say waiting, I mean I'm still waiting!If I wrote out the circuitous route my package has been on, it would fill up my allotted space. This package was supposed to come from CA to CO in three days. I have now been waiting over 7 days for my package. I could forgive FedEx for the mix up in routing, but I won't because this has happened to me multiple times. And to make the whole thing worse, FedEx (or their automated system) would not "let" me speak to an actual person concerning my problem. As if it's a privilege to be able to talk to one of their employees. So this person will never, ever, ever, ever use FedEx again, and if I buy something from a company that uses FedEx, I will either go elsewhere or ask for another shipper.

Safe to say, I will literally just pay UPS or USPS when a company gives me a fedex return label. Been here twice in the last 6 months and the staff is so unhelpful and slow; it's painful. if I chose the wrong package type for a shipment or if I need multiple boxes/bags, why would an employee not tell me that until I've already sealed the package or put a label on a box? Especially when they know what I am trying to send back? I spent 20 minutes at the counter without sending a package - how?! Ending up walking several blocks down to UPS; in and out in five minutes. Save your blood pressure and go there instead.

Omar, Jennifer, and the whole team are top notch. I am a new printing customer and they not only make it easy to do business with them, they were very forgiving when I stumbled on my first few orders with countless changes, and a cancelation. They have the quickest turnaround time of any printer I called with the option of ordering on a rush basis for a little bit extra. Oh, and they answer the phone! I really am glad to be working with them.

Warning for other folks with chemical sensitivities and migraines: they have a wall plug-in air freshener that makes it difficult to spend time in the store.

I have a legal-services office in the Flood Building since Sep 2020 but just started using it May 2022. Until my printer is up, I have to use this store. I have several complaints which I have verbalized to clerks and emailed to the store to no avail. I have had clerks laugh at me, and times I didn't get a receipt at self-serve (copier shuts off too soon/without warning) it took extraordinarily long to get one from a clerk. ALSO, all copier settings are defaulted to *color* when they should be automatically *black and white* (way cheaper) without having to change that setting every print. One glaring problem is the self-serve area. There are only two (2) stations. Customers think they have to wait for a station instead of going to the counter for the same service (at no extra cost), but there is NO SIGNAGE. To boot, there is NO SIGNAGE reminding customers to wait six (6) feet back in the pandemic/endemic and as common courtesy. Often, they will go to a station if you leave it to get an envelope albeit clearly your work and belongings are spread out all over the station. Or they will stand right behind you, eye your belongings, or try and look at confidential documents. I have gotten in loud conflicts with a few customers, and NOT ONE clerk came to oversee the problem. Recently another customer came to my defense to get a man to back away but then claimed I was disrespecting the customer who had already called me a b----. In the legal field for 28 years and having done retail for 8 years, I am shocked at how poorly this center is run.

Very helpful they take the time out and make sure the customer gets done everything they came to do wonderful store it should be the main store if you ask me all the training to start from them God bless that store and FedEx... God bless you because you've had this

Great business. Always love working with the people here on getting my orders picked up. I get my orders sent to this store and the Walgreens on Market by Westfield for security. More retailers should allow for pickup from a FedEx or UPS. I would end up purchasing more if that was the case.
