Over last month I had been working with Kirk and Kristian on bids for several orders. The entire team was absolutely helpful, supportive and super responsive. I really cannot express how thankful I am for their support throughout this process as it required a lot of patience on this entire teams' side. I was just blown away by their customer service and for making sure I had the best quality prints and pricing. I would highly recommend using FedEx for printing services at this location- they were amazing to work with. HUGE THANK YOU!

Amazing service! Staff is extremely helpful and kind. The store is also very clean and tidy. They also had a Taylor Swift calendar, which is always a plus! Overall, a 10/10 experience.

This is about the dumbest place ever. When you report not receiving your package they give you a confirmation number, you follow up on it then they put you on hold then hang up on you. What a sorry a** company.

Service I was in line to print a sheet and after 15 minutes they tell me to do it by myself. I couldn't do it cause was my first time and no one gave me a hand!! unhelpful staff!

One of the worst customer service experiences. One of the staff members, Hector, was incredibly rude. He said, "You are wasting my time telling me this story," as I was explaining the situation surrounding a package that FedEx failed to deliver for 4 days straight. I was the only customer in the store and before I came in he was casually scrolling through his phone, so there was nothing to waste there.

Daniel Valenzuela from FedEx Freight delivery went above and beyond when it came to helping me bring in a large shipment that I was not equip for. Usually freight delivery means they just drop off curbside but when he saw I was alone receiving the package he didn't hesitate to help me bring it inside. It was by far the best customer service I've received in my entire life!!

I use FedEx a lot for work. The staff at this store is incredibly friendly. I used to frequent a FedEx store that is much closer to my work, but the customer service wasn't good and my orders were constantly messed up. Credit to Kirk and the team here. Not only did they complete a print order in a timely manner, they called to clarify a detail on my order instructions. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness here. Thank you!

Who needs your own printer taking up space in your home when you've got Fedex! Really impressed by the employees here; they are super attentive in helping you out if you're lost and confused. If there's a long line, they'll do what they can to support you in speeding it up, such as manually printing items for you if you're waiting at the kiosk. Once, a machine was broken (as eventually happens) and the employee came up to me and offered an alternative before I even had to ask him. I really appreciate how proactive and thoughtful the staff here is. This Fedex makes my life much easier!

I come to this location often to send off packages and never had one bad experience. They staff is friendly and helpful and make sure to great you and serve you right away. Thanks again for serving the SoMa residents and appreciate all your hard work before and during the pandemic.

This store is fine, but the fedex guy who delivers in this area just plain doesn't do his job. I have a roughly 30% chance of receiving a given package that is shipped to me via fedex, most recently a gift from my boss was marked as delivered and signed for with my initials but I never received it.
