Need someone who speaks and understands which of the provided services I am inquiring about. Came into the FedEx counter and realized ,explaining to the employee what I needed is akin to talking to a wall.

They were able to help me get my package even though I was late in picking up. I called ahead and requested them to hold onto it. The lady on the phone was very kind and agreed to keep it.Note that if you need to keep a FedEx package longer than 5 days, their inventory systems are unable to track it which means it's a bit riskier.

I would have given them zero star if it was possibleThey lost my package even though I pay for their overnight service and didn’t try much to find it.
