I love the location of this place. Parking is fairly easy especially since it's off to the side of the eateries. I mainly pick up my packages here and use this FedEx as an access point. It's hard to lose a package when the delivery service is also the receiver of your package until you pick it up. There is usually only one person at the register or within the building assisting customers. I have had zero issues with mailing my packages or picking them up. The staff is friendly and I have not had an issue as of yet. I have been utilizing this location for several years now and plan to continue to do so. There are a lot of services you can obtain, access or utilize at this location: faxing, scanning, printing, computer/internet, packing needs, sending, receiving, dropping of pre-paid, boxes, enlarging and more. The space is spacious but pretty compact due to the different stations spread throughout. The wait can be prolonged even if there is only one or two people ahead of you due to only one register seeming to only be used. I prefer coming first thing in the morning as the wait is never horrible unless someone does not know what they want. It is in the shopping center of Panda Express and Vitamin Shoppe and right across from Best Buy. Easy access to the freeways heading in either direction. I would recommend this location for their consistency in service, friendliness and ease of access.

Needed a photo taken and this location is about 1 walking block from the USPS office Marina at Lombard.The staff person helping me was pleasant and given the photo station at USPS was not working they were getting a steady stream of customers needing photos (cost $15)Getting the photo taken here was easy and prompt. The location also had self serve printing, and design cubicles that were busy with customers.Overall a good experience

Jacob and Dalynn helped me with a project and were both very patient and helpful when advising me! I needed help scanning a few art prints and I could tell they wanted to make sure the final product was what I wanted. They spend extra time editing some of the scans for me and Jacob even showed me a few photoshop tricks. I'm VERY grateful for all their help! A++ customer service!! I highly recommend this location if you're looking for help with a project. Thanks so much!

Front desk girl with curly hair (I think her name is Naomi) is extremely rude. Terrible service, no acknowledgement when I entered. She just kept doing her thing without saying a word. Was then rude when asking what I needed and kinda tossed the receipt at me when I asked for it.. Polar opposite to the UPS store one block over. Highly recommend using UPS store for any shipments. They're a much better value.

DaLyn and Jeff were amazing helping me with a copying issue and giving my 5 year old daughter something to occupy her while doing so. It made everyone happy to include the other customers in the store. Thank you!

DaLyn was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating in getting our toddler to cooperate for the a passport photo when we rushed over to this FedEx after the post office refused to take a photo despite the USPS website saying they offer the service. She got us in and out in no time and saved the day!

The team here consistently goes above and beyond to help me with bespoke projects. The manager is a dedicated employee who clearly loves delivering excellence. Whenever I have showed up, I tend to be in a bit of a pinch, and they have worked with me to get the job done. Can't recommend highly enough!

Very bad customer service. I was at front register to ask how much $ to ship internationally with the box size that I brought & weight about 1-2kgs. The guy at the register keep busy scanning all the Fedex envelopes, I've waited for few minutes watching him scanning the envelopes, finally I asked if he can help me to check the price ? He said "I want to make sure all this envelopes go by tonight", he keep ignore me.This store closed 8pm, I was there about 6.55pm, he should has time to scan all the envelopes after if help me, not that much envelopes & there were no line, only a lady behind me. The lady behind me asked if any other help ? So a Fedex lady come to register to help that lady, I let her go first, because I already asked/talked to the guy at register who ignored me. I started thinking if he is racist or not get trained good customer service. He so annoying.

I have lived in the neighborhood for years and really have had no bad experiences here. As strange as it is to say, this place is a great local resource. We all live in tiny apartments and are now working from home. You know what we need when we need it? Printers, Copiers, fax machines, etc...On top of that, I've never had an issue shipping anything through FedEx or having a package rerouted to this location for pick up. On top of that, the folks that work here are really nice people. Very over worked, Very under appreciated and very under staffed people.Be nice to the folks working there. You're probably a shitty person if you're so mad you made it here to write a negative review. Don't make it their problem.

Continually impressed by the courtesy, effectiveness, and prompt and timely completion of print jobs submitted via e-mail. Just today, received a phone call from FedEx Office team member Alex, wanting to make sure all of my print jobs had been completed to my satisfaction. I have been a customer of this location for 30 years, when it started as a Kinko's, which FedEx wisely acquired. But just now, I'm thinking that great service has become greater. Just really pleased and impressed to have a reliable business partner who delivers the print jobs, on time, at a reasonable price, and with a smile. Great job!

Not FedEx. They don't even have envelopes. This is a Walgreens.
