The customer service is totally a failure. The representative can argue with me and yell at me on the phone, without any patience or investigation of my problem. Other than that, refuse to give me their name, so that they can run away from a complaint. This is the most unpleasant conversation I had so far with any rental car. No further service will be considered with Enterprise.

After a horrible experience at another Enterprise location (Beach Street) Sylvia went above and beyond and was able to resolve an ongoing issue we were having with our rented vehicle, after no one would help us. Thank you Sylvia! We really appreciate your dedication to customer support.

I had an amazing experience. Rented Vantage and later on 911 while my car was in service. Customer service and cars were amazing. I want to specially highlight Keith. He was exceptional. Went above and beyond to make my experience the best. He was always available, always on time, help me a lot of with logistics and gave great advice on cars in Enterprice fleet. Please promote him. He really deserves it.

Something doesn't seem right about this place! I filled out a form to rent a car and waited several days for a reply. The reply finally came as a text message, they wanted several pieces of personal information, which was highly suspect. There was no introduction nothing, I blocked the number immediately.Be very wary with this bunch!

Returned my rental to the Enterprise Car Rental location this morning and was treated very professionally and gosh... I have been a fan of Enterprise for years now, but the person I dealt with just raised the bar! I'll be back!

This location is amazing!I was involved in an accident while visiting the Bay Area, and needed a car but I didn’t know where I’d be or how long I’d need the car for. They were incredibly understanding and really put their reputation first. If you want a good experience, see these guys.

Chris is a rockstar, and the car was excellent. Location could be better, but they overcame that with great service. Pricing could be better but it's exotics, what do you expect.

When I was in San Francisco, I visited the location to make sure they had my reservation at which time they told me that there was no way we would have any cars left at the 10a requested time. They suggested we arrive at 8:00 and hopefully I would be able to get a car. I was sold they oversell all the time. This is a bad policy!!!

My family and I rented a car for a week while visiting California. Enterprise was quick in getting us a car. We are a family of 6 so we needed big. When a mini van wasn't quite ready, the representative brought us in the garage and gave us a choice of what car we would like. We chose the Ford Expedition. It was spotless, and very comfortable. The people working there were very friendly and the car drove beautifully. We would definitely rent again from this place.

They dropped the ball. Please do not rent from Enterprise. We have reserved a car and when we went to pick it up, door was locked even though manager told us the office is open until 6PM. We ended up calling San Fran location and they told us, they will take care of us. Manager never got back to us. Please avoid renting from here.

The experience with Enterprise in San Francisco was ok. The car got me where I was going, though it seemed like it needed a tune up or something. Overall my biggest issue was the surprise $150 fee added on to my rental to be able to drop the car off at the airport. I was a little disgusted that this was not included in my inital quote for the rental.

This San Francisco location was very disappointing. They were rude and even though I reserved a van for our family of five, they had a midsized SUV. They were not apologetic and really didn't seem to care at all about our inconvenience. Also they charged me a ridiculous fee to drop the car off at LAX at the end of our rental. Even the Enterprise office at LAX said that was way out of the normal range. I would say look elsewhere for your rental needs. Also, the sliding door was not functioning properly and caused us delays because everytime we parked, it took many trys to get the door to stay closed.
