They cancelled my tickets with two days remaining until the event. Quite disgusting. No explanations have been provided. Refund date TBD. Strongly advise against using their services.

They are refusing to refund me money on an event that hasn't happened yet. It says that refunds are allowed up to 7 day before the event. I requested a refund 20 days before the event. They are not responding or denying my request. There are nothing but liars at this company. They rated an F from the Better Business bureau. Save your money use someone else.

Horrible, can't even properly sell tickets. Probably best to organize events with people who can actually plan and manage it instead of with these charlatans.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOUR OKAY LOSING YOUR MONEY. Been trying to get into contact for help and things haven't been fruitful. I'm getting frustrated because I need help with a organizer that won't respond. I did as the listing said for a refund and can't get assistance and they aren't doing anything.

Eventbrite hosts scam events with no way to report them and no action taken. Bought tickets on their platform for an NYE event that did not exist and found that SEVERAL of these were hosted on eventbrite, but they have no responded, refunded or taken any action. DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS ON THIS PLATFORM.

Be careful. Eventbrite does not pay you the money owed unless you contact them. I used Eventbrite for the first time in Dec of 2022. When I finished the event I did not get paid. After 2 weeks I tried calling but could only get someone thru the chat box. They indicated that in order to get paid I had to fill out a form because my event was postponed. This is not something they make known before you sign up to run an event. Nor do they let you know after you finish the event. I asked to speak with someone and was told thru email that was not possible. The form they asked to have filled out asks all the information that they hold in their files, URL used, my email address, date of event, etc. It seems like a simple way to keep from paying the money they owe promptly.

Scam and Money laundering!I'm very disappointed, I never got my refunds from two events, they do not have real customer service at all, they get a cut from all tickets... organizers keep they money... Come on! Be honest! It is not right to keep the money when the organizers don't respond... It's unethical, it's unprofessional, it's fraud!

Paid for two VIP band tickets for a show that was to last from 8pm to 11pm and band only played a few songs and just left stage. Eventbrite refuses to refund my money? What the heck!

It was very nice. Took my Mom out for the Brunch cruise. Bottomless mimosas. The food was delicious ?. We had a great time.
