I went for a taillight a simple taillight repair and they got the job done. Communication was lacky, but they went the extra mile to pick me up from my house after the job was done (although they hesitated once I was already at my house). The biggest drawback is that I got my check engine light on AFTER I got the repairs done, and when asked if they could take a look they made it seem it was my fault and they couldn't work on my car anymore. Extremely unprofessional. Now I'm dealing with more problems than the ones I originally went in with.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received here. My car drives like new. We bought a glk350 from the dealership and it was problem after problem with them. Never again. You do great work and Maria is a gem. Only bringing my car here.

(FYI - this was from 2020)I had a flat tire and took to European Motor Werks repair shop in downtown SF.They asked me for $20 after patching up my tire. I drive a Tesla.I felt soooo bad, and offered to pay $50.They told me $10 was the most I could give as a tip.But what makes this really incredible was that I had just left a dishonest dentist before I got the flat tire.Endodontic Arts of SF on Geary Blvd had just scared me into doing two root canals on the same tooth. Took a total of $2300 from me. Insurance only covered 900.I'm still stunned because I come from a third world country , where you expect the tire repair guys to behave like the shady Dr Schuster fellow. While you expect the dentists and surgeons to show the type of integrity shown by European Motor Werks .

This shop is definitely a diamond in the rough. Please do not judge them based on location and their immediate surroundings. Times have changed and it changed around their location. They are going to move so that we can feel more relaxed and be comfortable in the environment where our car(s) are being repaired. Yes, he is doing that especially for us. If you use cash, he can likely give you a discount on service(s). Overall, he seems very honest; no condescending and patient.

This establishment is just fabulous they are on top of the bowl not only do they know how to fix European cars but they truly service you as a customer I was updated several times Maria just is on the ball they contacted me , told me the price and I said yes I was so happy because I thought the cost was going to be double triple it came out to be a very reasonable price for fixing the car and I am just very satisfied with that organization thank you so much European motor works thank you so much for being in business if there was a way I could give you guys 10 Stars awesome I would you guys are double excellent.

Took my 2015 Mini Cooper twice for the usual service and tyre change. Ed is super knowledgable and reliable as well. I'm glad I have a go-to business. I know he's looking for a new place for his shop in the city, I hope you find a good one Ed!

One way that I rate businesses is how they stand behind their service. I have been going to Eddie since our Audi Q5 was off warranty. He has always done great work at a reasonable price. I had an issue with my coolant system back in July. Eddie did a great job with a pretty big job. Last weekend, I drove from SF to Geyserville and when I arrived, the coolant warning light went off. I called Eddie and we exchanged photos of the issue. He suggested the best way to get home if we couldn't find a service center up there. Luckily, we did and got a temporary fix. The next morning, I brought the car to EMW and Eddie replaced the part in about 30 minutes. I'm not sure the issue was related to the July service, but Eddie picked up the tab anyway. Thanks!

Eddy was absolutely wonderful. I didn't want to bring my new car into the Mercedes dealership for its 10k service and Eddy got me in the next day. I'm very happy with the work that was done and will definitely be coming back!
