This club is fantastic. Looks like a museum from outside. Staff super friendly. Took Amazon metcon and yoga classes. Great location too! Highly recommend.

I love this gym! Staff and guest are super friendly. Everything is nice and clean. It's also unique (especially cool if you're into finance) in that the building used to be a stock exchange.I saw a negative review regarding not being able to visit on weekends. That's not really an issue since you get access to the other gyms (which is probably closer to you if you don't live downtown, and the nearest one isn't far either).Shoutout to Matt for training me and helping me work through injuries. Definitely recommend!

This place is the place to be! IYKYK The vibe at this location is probably the best out of the bay area locations. I may be personally biased because this is my "home" gym but I have to say that not only does the staff just kill it here, the towels are always stocked and it doesn't get as crowded as some of the other locations. Overall, all of the personal trainers are killer but shout out to Bela for keeping me on my toes! Also to Art for walking me through the a whole onboarding process. Again, the staff here are very knowledgeable, apt, and friendly. From the moment you walk in, you're taken care of. Don't forget to stop by Earthbar for a detox smoothie

My favorite equinox location I’ve been to so far. Just a beautiful space with all the equipment I need for a good workout. I enjoy the classes here too. Good instructors.

Not a good gym. It may be clean and they may project a classy atmosphere but it's everything but classy. They will steal from you if they can. There's never enough room for individuals wanting to come. Just use the gym as independent gym goers. They really push the sales of personal training and it's really annoying and some people just want to go in and work out by themselves. You make us feel like jerks to come use the facility when we pay good money for it. Then when we want to cancel it's laughable the amount of effort this company puts into giving you any form of a cancellation. They just keep charging you. Let's not get around, they're not here to help you. They're here to take your money.

Theft. Pure theft. When you go into this place just know they're going to study you to see if you have money or not. It's not classy like they're trying to be and you feel this scarcity vibe amongst the workers because they're always competing to be the most popular trainers. I'm a gym rat and so I decided I'd try this place out but quickly learned that if you come to do your own thing that you're put on the bottom of the totem pole for membership priorities. Just because I'm independent and want to train myself doesn't mean you get to treat your brand new member like an issue. Hope ya'll leave SF for good there's no room for sharks in the bay anymore.

Equinox stole almost $2k from me. It was for a personal training package which I did not want. I did not use any of the sessions in this package so I was told by two separate equinox employees that these funds would be refunded to me. It is now two months later, and they have stopped responding to my messages and emails, and no refund. I am going to get legal involved at this point.

By far the best gym vibe in the city. The staff is outstanding and I believe that starts with the leadership. Sydney Thornell, the general manager, is engaged & responsive. You can tell that people genuinely enjoy working there which makes that atmosphere fun. Nic at the front desk always has a smile on his face and goes out his way to make you feel welcomed.Hector does a phenomenal job of keep the locker room in tip top shape. It’s clean and the steam room is a huge plus.I have found the personal training staff to be friendly and helpful. Ava is a new addition there and if I ever was going to use a personal trainer I would definitely work with her.I am impressed by the volume of cardio equipment a variety of classes they have.My focus is on lifting and as a newer member I haven’t taken full advantage of the club but I’m looking forward to it. Thanks Equinox!

Quite possibly one of the most beautiful gyms you’ll ever see! Pretty open floor plan though there are some interesting choices in where the equipment is placed.Would definitely recommend visiting if during off hours as the setup can get cramped during peaks.Coolest part about the gym is that the locker rooms are in the actual vault

This is a very good Equinox location! Lots of free weight benches and equipment. Plenty of treadmills in good condition. Lots of space in the locker room and it was very clean as well. I don't live in the area but I will definitely be back while I'm in town.

Basically the highest rates around. Your money goes to marketing. The returns are marginal, nothing in the way of equipment that can't be found at SF Fitness. Sydney was the only professional I ever came across - credit to her. The staff - a band of incompetent misfits. Dont expect any white glove treatment here. Staff doesn't make any effort unless you are buying additional packages. I recommend Bay Club if you work in DT SF.

The pool regularly breaks down and is out of commission for weeks at a time. Moreover, I've regularly shown up to the pool and had to go, since they don't notify people ahead of time. Since I only joined for the pool, this has been unfortunate. I've asked them to make it up to me twice now and they haven't. They just recommend a location that's further away. For the price point, I'm surprised the customer service has been poor. I was really looking forward to being part of the gym. Once my year is up, I'll have to reconsider if it's worth it. I'm bummed. They're super responsive and awesome during the sales process. Unfortunately, that stops when you become a member.

Well this is one of the best Equinox gyms in the Bay Area. Uniquely designed in the old SF Mint. Locker rooms in the old vaults look amazing, the best GM and GFM around. Sydney is always seen around talking to members and helping the club look amazing. Katie is so nice and supportive saw her talking to a member and the member was so happy and told me she was the nicest person in the building. Keep up the good work.

The Equinox Pine Street has done a really superb job in providing at home daily workouts and very clear instructions on their phased reopening schedule! I love it and would recommend in a heartbeat!!
