Terrible customer service.... We called for Reservation and when we went to pick up the car. The customer service specialist said they no longer had any more cars. This is terrible customer service skills we received. All they said there is nothing we can do . Please learn how to be a better customer service provider.

Waited 30 minutes on hold to speak to a rep about renting a car! Can you imagine if you had a problem , if this is how they handle someone who wants to give them business???

I've done rental car's from this Enterprise Location and it has always been a fairly easy process. I think signage from the street could be improved. The first time I went here I wasn't entirely sure where I was going, because the rental office is far back from the street.

Their website allows you to make a reservation out of this location, but they never have cars, so they send you to another location to pick up the rental.It's happened more than once already that I get there to pick up the rental and I'm told to figure out a way to get to their other location to pick up a car.

What a pleasant experience picking up our car. The team at Mission Bay is so pleasant and funny — but also quick and efficient. There were a few cars in my class I could choose from and I got out of there quickly. Never going back to the airport again!

Manuela is the ‘customer success’ hero this city needs. Knows everything, helps get you taken care of lighting quick, and fun to chat/ work with. Will absolutely use her store again when I need a rental car last minute. Shout out to the girl who checked me out when I dropped off the car, Alexis you’re pretty awesome too

Times are tough with fleet shortages. This review is meant specifically for the staff at the 45 Charter Oak location who got me in a car! While everyone I encountered was friendly, Manuela is on top of her game. She's friendly, efficient, and a great customer advocate. I let her know of a couple of issues with the car, and she sent it in for service right away.

Worst rental experience ever! Greg was the rudest employee and I don't think knows what Customer Service is. When I followed up with enterprise as a company they just emailed me apologizing and that was that. I will never rent a car at 1600 Mission again I will go out of my way to either go to the Bayshore location ( excellent customer service!) or the one downtown!

Always a good experience here! Brian, the office manager, is the nicest guy. Very fast, efficient service with great prices. This place is my go to when I need to rent a car in SF.
