During the Christmas holiday, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise rentals at 4250 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco for four days. The customer service representative who greeted me was friendly and courteous, and the rental process took less than 10 minutes. Within 24 hours, I received a text from the location manager, Brianna, checking in on my rental experience. When I returned the rental, Brianna asked about my experience, to which I replied positively. Additionally, I was given a courteous ride to my residence 20 blocks away. Upon realizing I had forgotten a Christmas present in the vehicle, I called the location and Brianna promptly informed me about the forgotten item. I returned to the location, where Brianna returned the present to me. I thanked her and expressed my appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received. The staff at the Geary Enterprise were kind, courteous, and compassionate, making me feel seen, heard, and valued.

The staff was very friendly. The wait time was short and efficient. They were able to update my reservation to accommodate an insurance claim that I had trouble inputting online. On top of being efficient, knowledgeable and upbeat, they offered me a free upgrade. It was a refreshing experience from past car rentals I’ve had.

The manager at this location has the worst customer service ever. Did nothing to help a GEICO insurance customer with a reservation booked. 0 accommodations in any sort of way. I recommend that you never do business with this establishment because the manager has terrible customer service.

The car was great, and my initial pick up was great. I had the perfect interaction with Erika. They were running a tad bit behind, but who cares, Erika went above and beyond to accommodate me and provide me with excellent customer service. The world isn’t perfect. Customers don’t expect perfection. We just want to feel warmly greeted, seen, acknowledged, and assisted. We simply want customer service. My five star review is for Erika. You’re killing it!Now as for my drop off….. I believe her name was Destiny (she was tall, brown skin, wore glasses, must be new. I hadn’t seen her before and I rent from this location regularly). Destiny was the worst! Curt, unfriendly, preoccupied, impatient, rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She does not represent what I know enterprise customer service to be. She did the exact opposite of the things I listed customers want. There was not a customer a head of me, but 5 minutes went by before Destiny said a word to me. When I first pulled in to drop the car off, she was sitting in another rental. I’m sure she was in the middle of something, but I still expected her to say something like (hi sir, welcome back. I’ll be with you shortly). She said nothing. She sat in the car for 3 minutes, then walked back inside the trailer. I followed behind her like a lost puppy. After 2 minutes inside, she finally said “hold on, here I come.” Still never said hello, or asked how was the car; nothing. And when she finally finished what she was doing. She asked “are you in the charger?” I said yes. She said “give me the keys”. I thought, (Okay, attitude much) Then I told her 3 times that I wanted to change my method of payment. She ignored me until the last time she finally responded, but with a nasty attitude said “I’m still doing the walk around.” I said, okay, well I wanted to make sure. Then to myself (Like dude, you never confirmed that you heard me.) From that point on I totally shut down, and totally went gray rock. I asked her name. She said Destiny; then she told me to expect an email receipt. Then I got out of dodge before I snapped on her. Horrible service! Why work in the service industry? You clearly don’t like working with people. Ugh! Go away! You’re stinking up the morale. She does not live up to the enterprise standard at all!

The 2 keys I received were both on one keyring that didn't open. So, you could lose BOTH KEYS in one fell swoop.Was also told they would drive me to my autobody shop, but couldn't do so as there was only one person thereI did like the car. I liked the ease in and out.

First time coming here without reservation to get a rental after my Audi was stolen last week. My first experience was overall pleasant. Makayla was great, professional and super helpful! I wanted an Audi because I’m nervous driving other vehicle other than Audi, but none is available. Makayla reassured me they would call me if one becomes available. Ended up with Nissan Altima and I got used to it in no time. The car is clean and there’s disinfectant wipes available in the car which is really appreciated. Thank you Makayla and keep up the great work!

I came in with no reservation and rented an EV same day. Staff were helpful and professional. Cost was reasonable. Car worked well. What more can you want?

Made a reservation, confirmed by email. Got to the place -- Salem NH -- and the car wasn't available at that time. I was offered a minivan (not an economy car as expected) and told the econo car might be available at some point that day, but they didn't know when. Unacceptable and no way to do business.

After, trying to get my rental car, over an hour. The so call “manger” Taylor Dowing was very unprofessional and unhelpful. We requested to speak with upper management. He told us that he’s pretty high up there. Very cocky attitude. The car was dirty!

I had the worst experience at the enterprise in Richmond District at 4250 Geary Blvd with Taylor Downing the branch manager. He made my visit to this location awful. My partner had taken a train and two buses to go a hour and a half to San Francisco to pick up a car while his car was in the shop being repaired, me and my partner are both on the insurance policy’s and bank cards, because we are not legally married Taylor refused to help my partner proceed in renting the car even though we called ahead and clarified what we needed. I they had to leave work drive a hour in a half to the city because Taylor said I needed to swipe my card in person even though my partner has the exact same card. Taylor didn’t want to help me keeping himself busy with busy work until I asked him for his manager above him, he told me no “he was the manager” and would be able to provide that information unless it went through him first. After he repeatedly asked my why I wanted it, I decided after him telling he refuses to just let me talk to someone above him I would find help other ways and hopefully bring to someone’s attention Taylor is running a circus and is on a power trip. I would recommend going here save yourself the headache from lousy management.
