Amazing and a half customer service and by far the best experience compared to other companies. We rented 2 cars on 2 separate occasions to drive to LA from SF and back. Danny/Mr. Nim and Sophia were extremely polite, courteous, and absolutely will go back next time in San Fran. Don't let the area completely turn you off, there's a courthouse with security on both sides of the street and by far the best treatment and prices in the Bay Area.

Enterprise was so helpful when I was renting due to my car being in the shop. They were quick, kind, and understanding. Especially Danny and Mike, who both exceeded my expectations in this situation and were so kind and took care of everything for me. All I had to do was pick the car. I was brought to and from my body shop from this rental place and kept in constant contact about the status of my rental with insurance. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!! 10 Stars.

Our windows were smashed by some idiot burglar, so we needed a replacement. We were told to go to this enterprise station to get a new car. The staff was very helpful and the process of changing was done quickly. Although the car we were given (Hyundai Kona) is some categories below the full featured Ford escape we had before, I give 5 stars. We had to take what was available, considering the fact that we were the 5th car with smashed windows this day. What a criminal city... :/

dropped car off day early clean inside and out. made us pay for extra day anyway. probably rented it out again and got 2 people for the same car same day.

Rented a car here for 2 weeks through my insurance while my car was in the shop being fixed. They picked me up from the auto shop, brought me to enterprise, then let me pick out my car. They were super nice and even upgraded me. When I returned the car they dropped me back off at the auto body shop so I could pick up my car. Great experience. All the employees were happy and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Good place to find reality escaping substances, Anything you choose to procure they have, with relatively decent prices, ? having a party? Hosting some people you recently met? Good place to find PnP, And Low Down, can't complain.

Called and spoke to someone and was told they had multiple options available. Called back 5 minutes later and was told they didn't have anything available for over a week. Not helpful at all!

Living in The City, it's hard to have a car. That's why I'm so thankful for having an Enterprise so close. This rating however reflect off of your customer service. Adora I believe is her name, she is wonderful. She is kind hearted and enjoys to see that the renter is satisfied with the rental car. I plan to keep doing Business at this location.

Graciela helped me out at this location, she was amazing did everything in order and sent us on our way after check in. Drop off was smooth too as I returned the car in perfect condition. If I ever needed a rental definitely will come back for Graciela!
