Needed a rental car for auto body damage. Had made a reservation to be picked up at Auto body stop at 8:30am. However, they weren't at the body shop yet. So I had to call them for them to come pick me up. It took 15 mins. Then another 10 minutes to get to Enterprise. Maybe they are short staffed, but then it took another 20 mins to check out. They didn't have a key to one of the cars I selected.

This rental experience was a disaster from start to finish. I was given a rental that apparently was not cleaned. The car smelled like onions and the young lady who rented me the vehicle never explained to me the extra fees they charge in the event you cross any bridges. I have a fastrack account and I informed them that I crossed the bridge twice in a rental. This vehicle was even added to my fastrack account so I would not be billed these extra fees through Enterprise. I spoke with different people at Enterprise the 1 week I had the car to ensure I wouldn't''t be billed. Not only was I billed extra fees, but because my credit card was still on file, someone else who had this rental after me crossed the Carquinez Bridge. I spent half my day(1/2/24) trying to dispute this with Fastrack. They told me to talk to enterprise about reversing charges on my credit card because my Fastract account was charged when I did not have the rental anymore. I go to Enterprise and speak with Niles. Niles was dismissive not trying to help me resolve the problem. Instead, he told me to call my credit card company and they would reach out to corporate to resolve this issue. I called an (800)number and spoke to Brittney who gave me a link to go on line to see how many times this vehicle has crossed any bridges after I've returned the vehicle. My credit card was billed 12/30/23 however this car was returned 12/21/23. How is it Brittney was able to help me to begin troubleshooting this problem but Niles(like the Nles river because this how he always identified himself whenever I called in and had questions about the rental or Fastrack). I left this establish with no answers and felt like I was being ripped off. I walked past several employees and NOT ONE offered to assist in the matter. Especially Kisha Kidd. The same lady I returned the car to, and Enterprise tried to charge me an additional day when I was outside their establish before they opened trying to return the car. Employees tried to busy themselves so that did not have to help in this matter. Rental car game is definitely a scam. This is the second bad experience I 've had with Enterprise in 2023. I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS LOCATION. It has definetely changed over the years!!!

I had the BEST experience I've ever had renting a car. Erica helped me when I picked the van up. She was kind efficient and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The van was clean and well maintained. When returning Kyle took care of me and was so friendly and efficient as well...even gave me a credit bc I returned it with more gas than when I picked it up. I was so impressed by the whole experience!!!!

Very rarely do I leave reviews, but the people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful. I had to rent a car for 30 days and they made the whole process super simple & convenient.Nice selection of luxury vehicles too when I was there (a couple Audi Q5s & a new BMW 4 series). Highly recommend renting through them if you need a car in the city.Michaela was super nice when dropping the car off today too!

Enterprise was able to provide EV to us. Both pick up snd return were smooth and effortless. Kyle, who helped us with the return was especially helpful.

This was my second time using Enterprise and the staff at this location was also extremely polite and efficient. I don't think I'll ever go with another car rental company.

My insurance company was paying for rental and made reservation for me at Enterprise. For some reason, initiallg, Enterprise wouldn't rent to me for the insurance-agreed price. It was difficult to finally get this sorted (had to call manager the following week).Finally worked it out.Car worked perfectly, extended twice. No problems, and return was easy.

Great check-in experience. They then drove me to a nearby BMW dealership for me to pick up a new car. Friendly, helpful, and quite timely (10 minute wait).

I didn't like the lady who was there on September 15 at 3:30 pm, she didn't want to rent the car just because it's us and the lady who speaks Spanish had said yes to my husband and now we were. I'm just going to look for the car. This person who did not want to rent the car is racist and offensive

Location is central. The car selection is good. Mine car a windshield wiper issue. The staff at this location are particularly nice. I returned a rental with a minor bill in issue and Jose was very helpful, attentive and customer service oriented. I'd rent from here again just because the staff were so nice.

Not a good experience. Returned a car there after a trip up the PCH. The woman working maintained a hostile demeanor during the entire process and accused us of returning the car late and charged us for 1/8 of a tank of gas even though we were several hours early and filled it up the point we received the car at. Also, not in the best neighborhood.
