Julio at Emerald provided exceptional service repairing and repainting my car door. His professionalism and easy communication made the process effortless. Not only was the door fixed and painted flawlessly, but they also surprised me with a full car wash and interior cleaning. Highly recommend Emerald for their top-notch service.

I have seen this on Yelp before, but, I need to say; if I could give Julio and his crew at Emerald City Auto Body more than 5 stars, I would! I took my truck in for a complete paint job, and Julio was excited to help me out. Even though it was not insurance work, many places I called wouldn't do it, and others were quoting me ridiculous prices. Julio wanted the project even though his shop was busy, and he was insistent on me getting exactly what I wanted. When I took my truck to Emerald City, Julio and I discussed some desires about altering the body, like removing some emblems, he had some suggestions also, and we quickly developed a plan. He went far beyond my expectations. He, of course, fixed all the little blemishes which I expected. It was the details, like cleaning and painting my side mirrors (which we hadn't talked about) or painting the radiator and support just so it would look right once the rest was completed (not discussed either) he just did it because he wanted it done right. He even knocked out a dent in my bumper that I wasn't even aware of! Also, Julio sent me pics every couple of days to keep me updated, and he even told me to come by and look at the work in progress. I did, and the guys would step back for me or show what they'd been working on. BTW: My truck is 33 years old, and it looks brand new - wow. Julio and his crew were great to work with, everyone was easy and accommodating. His pricing was incredibly reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the way my truck looks. I get compliments on it all the time. I can't recommend Emerald City enough. The quality of the work and the attention to detail, along with being comfortable talking with anybody there about ideas or changes I made. If I need any auto body work in the future, I'm taking it to Emerald City. Thanks, Julio!

Julio, his son, and the rest of his team do a killer job! Good people over there! Took my 996 for some Dent Repair/Aerokit installation and they did NOT disappoint! They do great work at 2600 Oakdale Ave! Very happy with the results. And highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, local body shop, who does excellent work, in a timely fashion. I will not hesitate to come back if I'm ever in need.

I can't say enough about the good folks at Emerald City Auto Body. They have given new life to my Honda Civic after a rather embarrassing fender bender that was my fault. Fair, fast, efficient, impeccable, from the office to the shop, a wonderful team. My car looks great, inside and out! No need to go anywhere else.

Out there in the boonies but of course that means you're paying a great price to have a great job done to your vehicle So yes get out there if you got a little ding dent or total Emerald City is the one place you can count on..

Again my car was involved in a hit n run situation. Vry upsetting knowing ur car was damaged n d person that hit ur car took off. Went 2 Emerald City Auto Body 4 estimate n price. They quoted a great price n time it would take 4repairs. So grateful 4 work done n they washed my car 2. Now my car looks like it came out a showroom, Thnk u vry much.

Fair enough, it's a shoddy, shady, dirty business. If you want a cheap fix, & extra $ in your pocket, go there. They'll do a cheap fix. Cheap fix, not done right, dirt bags. Shady as gravy/diarrhea.Dirty business. They aren't honest. They will claim extra prices & hand out cash to customers, so apparently okay for idiots wanting to over claim on their insurance policies. In other words = dirt bags!! ? Not ok. Dirty business. Gross. Whatever the case, I didn't feel comfortable with it. Not wanting a jimmy rigged job for simple extra money in the pocket.
