When I was walking to the store worker was smoking in my face. I don't appreciate that. Should not allow smoking in the store. The management team needs to not allow smoking at all!

Bought a Velotric T1ST Plus for a school commute. James was super kind and patient, and did a great job communicating about delivery and building the bike for us. So far the bike is working flawlessly, so I can't comment about any service issues, but just wanted to say thanks, James!
One thing I love about Electric Bike Center is their inventory is (currently) narrowed down to quality bikes of two main brands (Velotric & Aventon) with UL-certified batteries, that come in at a much more affordable price point than some competitors. Plus, they offer a variety of accessories and can help set the bike up for you out the door.

Came down to e-bike center to try a few e bikes before I made a purchase. I was originally going to buy online but The team was super helpful and gave me some great insight/tips and I ended up picking up a velotric. Great service and great price!

I came here back in 2022, the door was closed, and they would never pick up their phone. Terrible customer service! Why not put a sign say you're closed for break!!!

On July 2, 2024 my wife to a test drive of a Discover 1 plus. She loved it. We paid for it on the spot and we’re assured it would be 7 days before they would get it from their distributor. 7 days no call so we called. They said they would check and call us back. 4 days passed we called them. They told us it would be another 4 to 5 days. 6 days later (today) no call from E Bike Center so we called. Now they’re saying 7 days! What!!! We are canceling our order but they want restocking fee! TERRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a Velotric Nomad 1 cash in person, $ 1,411 total. Was restocking so about 10 days wait. They will assemble your bike for free. But unfortunately, I decided I want an
e-scooter? ?. Came back 2 days later and I got a refund. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I took a Rad bike here for assembly because it can be difficult, and the friendly staff here gave me immediate attention and an estimate of when the bike would be ready. The bike was ready ahead of schedule and looked great, I'm really appreciative of the staff for their promptness and great energy. Would highly recommend!

It was an absolute delight visiting the store! They had a wide range of models from various brands, allowing me to test ride and compare different options. Tina at the shop was very knowledgeable and friendly, providing expert guidance in choosing the perfect electric bike to suit my needs. She even helped me get the bike I like shipped to the store and assembled super quickly. Overall, my experience at the shop was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of an electric bike.

I think you should read my whole review, I had to call your other store outside San Francisco just to get your guy to answer the phone. The Saturday service option was annoying but the lesser part of my complaint.

The owner helped me choose a bike based on what I needed it for, and it wasn’t even close to the most expensive option he sells. I think it was the cheaper option to be honest. The bike is perfect for me and I never need to use my car locally anymore. He even adjusted the handles with extra parts since I’m on the taller side. I came in twice because I wasn’t confident with adjusting my own brakes. This is common with electric bikes since they’re heavy, it’s not a defect. The mechanic gladly did it for me. He never tries to upsell me. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. I checked around, and this place has the best prices and service. I’ve had friends buy from here too and they all have had the same experience. You get treated like a neighbor because that’s the vibe here. The bigger shops were frustrating to even shop around in. I would try to get a bike under $2k and the salespeople would basically say that it’s a bad idea and somehow my only option was $7k.
