I would give 0 stars for the incredibly snooty and arrogant attitude of the two older attendees. My job requires me to dress well and I love their clothing lines, I am fortunate enough to be able to afford their prices but in this store I always feel treated like a potential thief. It's so unbelievably rude, and so detrimental to the philosophy of the brand. My home store is Bellevue, WA, and whenever I am in SF for work I drive to Marin to avoid this particular store. Shameful. Despicable. Outrageous.

I love to pop in this store when I am in the neighborhood. I love the professional and fun energy of the store manager and his assistant. This year's colors are bright jewel tones. Service is great and it's easy to browse and find something to bring home. Visit this store and have fun adding to your other Eileen Fisher pieces!

I bought a $258 sweater on line in December on sale. It is a beautiful silk/cashmere. I wore it twice and there were pulls all over it. I didn't wear a necklace with it and only wore it with a jacket. I brought it to the Ardmore store in PA, along with another discolored tee shirt from Eileen Fisher. I was told "we determined it is normal wear and tear". Since when is it "normal" for a brand new sweater to become pulled in multiple places after two wearings. It is terrible customer service for a so-called luxury brand - where you spend a lot of money for what is supposedly sustainable clothes. Jasmine the manager of the store was pretty dismissive, telling me that they had attempted to fix the sweater so it is wearable. She never offered me any reimbursement or replacement. I don't even know what to say to that kind of dismissiveness.

Raphael is really amazing. He was incredibly helpful and showed me pieces that really fit my style and my body. I decided to purchase almost all the pieces he showed me and even pulled pieces from the sales rack I wouldn't have picked for myself. Feel truly taken care of and listened to what I liked and didn't like to tune the next pieces he would bring. So so thankful I walked in. This shopping experience and the pieces he showed me definitely changed my mind about Eileen Fisher and the brand. It's very modern, hip and timeless. All pieces look like stables and things that would last awhile and without being high maintenance.

Wonderful customer service and luscious, elegant, comfortable merchandise -- something for every occasion, from casual to business to formal. I love this place and every sales associate is helpful, gracious, and friendly. I recently purchased one of their black jumpsuits for a formal event and it was perfect -- I felt great in it! And it's fun to shop here -- I would go out of my way to go to this shop!

I discovered Eileen Fisher 25 years ago with a beautiful, slubbed silk top I wore forever. If you appreciate quality fabrics - silk, linen, mohair, organic cotton - you can build a beautifully minimalist wardrobe to dress up or down depending on mood. The pieces are versatile and almost Japanese in simplicity. I feel like Eileen Fisher is the Issey Miyake of American fashion. At their Fillmore Street location, Monica helped me find several travel pieces a few weeks ago. I'm sad to learn she's moving to the Walnut Creek store from San Francisco. Our loss is the East Bay's gain. With a new CEO from Patagonia taking the brand's helm and Eileen Fisher herself concentrating on sustainability and design, expect more good things to continue.

I love the service and the quality of the clothing at Eileen Fisher. I love how mixable the clothing is. I've been buying Eileen Fisher for 30+ years and I still have some pieces of clothing that are perfect and continue to be classically stylish while at the same time having a stamp of luxury. Thank you for your good service and I love shopping at a woman owned business. I must also say that I bought most of my clothes on sale! Thank you for great sales‼

If I could give this store a 0 star, I would. Today, I went by approximately 5:50pm. I was greeted by, we are closing in ten minutes and another employee chimed I'm abs said we are closing at 6:00pm. Horrible experience, shame on you, I will not return.
