I love the method and styling of this salon. I've been going for about 2 years now and I feel like they cut "your" hair. Meaning they cut your hair to bring out its natural beauty, curl, texture. I only have to get a cut every 3-4 months, not every 6 weeks. I go to Chri, who is Jayne's biz partner. I always get compliments. I'm hooked!

I LOVE this salon! As a gal with curly hair, I’ve always struggled to find stylists who can cut it well. This place has been a saving grace and Katy Rose is the best. She treats my cuts like works of art, paying attention to even the smallest details. She’s such a joy, and this salon is wonderful. I love the clean products they use & the environment. Highly recommend

This place completely butchered my long locks. I left the salon with short and uneven damaged hair. I want to cry every time I look into a mirror and every time I try to style or fix my hair I’m frustrated to the point of tears. And when I reached out for a little direction in an extremely professional manner, I was met back with condescending messages and was dismissed. The stylist was beyond inappropriate in the messages back and forth. I contacted both of the owners of the salon and heard nothing back. As respectable owners of a salon, this should extremely upset and disappoint you. Females should be uplifting other females, not dismissing other females and scamming other females. And I emailed both of the owners privately to see if there was a way to work this out and get a refund. Both owners chose not to respond, I don’t leave bad reviews ever, I’ve never even left a review before but this place truly compelled me to for what they did to me and how they treated me.
Stylist: The stylists name is Katy Rose. On the website it says she is 175 dollars for a cut, lied to me advertised the cut for 190 dollars, and after butchering my hair said I needed to pay more for more time for her to style my hair well and correctly . The total was 230 dollars and I left a tip. This stylist and the salon are total scam artists.

this salon had fantastic vibes and everyone in there is very kind and stylish. Every time I go in my hairstylist jasiel is super sweet and welcoming, not to mention her superhuman ability to style and shape hair. She is truly wonderful and the whole experience is lovely.

The owner is very rude and self centered. Gave no personal experience to me. Didnt listen and cut me off when I talked because she seemed annoyed by me and everything around her. She looked for excuses to leave the chair to talk to employees in conversation, that seems like topics that could wait till after my cut. The employees seemed annoyed and scared of her. This happened a couple times. I was thinking about getting up and leaving but thought, "lets just do this already so I can leave." I just sat there in silence since I wasnt cool enough to talk to Jane. She didnt even greet me on the way out. Just disappeared after. Wasnt sure that we were even finished till she sent a fearful employee out to let me know it was time. She left a lot of cut hairs on me. I later read that she thinks shes the kind of "artist" that can gain fame by treating people like that and that made me laugh. My haircut wasnt even worth it. She cuts everyone's hair the same.

Went in for color, after lengthy research, post pandemic. Such a disappointment-exorbitant cost, hours of time, and hideous results, despite painstakingly clear communication re: the particular characteristics of my hair. I sat in the chair bidden to be still at length, in awkward positions. For a simple, minimal "lift" of color, I spent three hours. Colorist left to be on her phoned at length, multiple times, despite my advising her that my hair lightened in record time-mere minutes. The cost, a whopping $400. The result, a brittle platinum, with dark roots, some sort of orange transition, and dry ends of yet a different blond. The technician cared so little for the customer in this instance, it was shocking and appalling.

I thoroughly enjoyed my haircut experience with Kat Mueller, they were super receptive to the vibe I was going for and my hair has grown out beautifully! We chatted about Zelda & overall I had a great time, definitely coming back in the future.
