Kevin greeted me and assisted me patiently even when I had to take a call. I left with two pairs of St. 1 hybrids and the new black metropole. He pointed out the sizing differences and the additional inner soles some of them carry. The customer service at this store is reliably good and the shoe builds are practical, sleek, and durable.

Jackie was super helpful and explaining to me what size shoe to get and also how to care for my suede shoes, and how to care for my other shoes from the store. I really liked it a lot here, and I'm so grateful to have shoes that are both reasonably good-looking and very comfortable and good for my feet. Thanks, Jackie!

Had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased shoes online and didn't realize their sizing had changed, so I brought them to exchange at this store. Every store associate I spoke to had no idea what they were doing, and things were disorganized. The associates spent 30 min in the back looking for my size because they said it was a bit of a mess back there. I went from being told "you can exchange online purchases," to "oh sorry since you paid with pay pal you can't return the shoes here," to "let me speak with my manager," and finally being able to return the shoes after the manager took the time to straighten things out. But by the time it was figured out that I could return them, I was too distraught by the customer service that I didn't want to exchange or purchase another pair that I liked. It was a weird experience. I was looking forward to shopping in-person but was quickly reminded why I do online shopping now.

Nice store, but limited sizing and the staff seem tired and unhappy. Have more size options in store! We come all this way and then you don’t have sizes? Whats the point.

Same as other reviews. No one answered the phone after calling several times throughout the day.The store in Hillsdale answered the phone and was super helpful.Once in the store the woman working was fairly helpful. Although didn’t offer a padded insert for better fit like the store in Hillsdale. They should probably have more than one person working on a Saturday.I placed an order online and specifically chose this store for pickup because the product was in stock. Got to the store and was told they were shipping to the store and could not be fulfilled with the exact product that was in stock; and it was not on display so they weren’t even saving it for another sale. This defeats the entire concept of Buy Online Pickup In-Store if the store can’t fulfill with existing stock. I’m loving Ecco and their quality, but this is a huge customer service FAILURE.

On many occasions I've tried to call the store and they do not answer their phone nor is their voicemail set up to take any messages. I don't understand how a business like this doesn't have a way to contact the store directly.

Absolutely needed some comfy shoes for a wedding. Pat took the time to guide me through different looks, shoe features, and patterns. Ended up with two pairs! Love them both and can't thank Pat enough for such a great experience. Will be back again!

I am beyond annoyed and irritated with one of the workers here at the San Francisco location. The lady was a short Asian woman (the Manager of the store) she had short hair and glasses. I walk into the store and was greeted by another young lady. I looked around and was interested in trying some shoes. I (at first) went up to the manager and asked her for some sizes and she just totally ignored me and told the other young lady to help me instead. Wow, ok first of all not only did she rudely ignore me but I came directly towards her to help me and the way she dismissed me was unacceptable. Anyway I tried on a pair of boots and I noticed there was a scratch on the shoes and it was really noticeable so I asked if they could order a new pair and the nice associate checked for me and it apparently was not available to order in my size (VERY surprising I might add) and I asked if it's possible to have an additional discount considering I wanted to buy the shoes since that was the only one they had. She then said "let me ask my manager" and the manager flat out said NO! and wanted to continue with her work. I said "but there's a noticeable scratch on it, there's nothing you can possibly accommodate me with? Even 5% or something?" And she said "no that's how the leather is". Are you freaking kidding me?? I know how leather is and the different types of leather, I'm not an idiot but this was an actual scratch! I understand that people would say why would you want to buy the shoe if its damaged already? But it was the way she came about it and was incredibly rude to me and towards her associates. I told the associate that was helping me "thank you so much I appreciate your help" but for that manager, you need to learn how to properly speak to people, especially your paying customers. I will never come that store again.

Sold me a pair of waterproof boots that were not actually waterproof. The one they sold me was water "resistant" and the boots are useless to me in the rain. The boots also don't look good enough to wear without a good reason, like keeping your feet dry.

First of all, I love ECCO shoes! They're comfortable and quality made. I bought two pairs of golf shoes today on sale. One pair I purchased before I ate dinner at the mall and decided I wanted another pair in a different color after finishing dinner. I went back to the store but they were closed. Toni was cleaning up but was kind enough to let me in and got the manager Dan. Both employees went beyond my expectations and let me purchase my second pair. I can't think of many instances where people went above and beyond to help a customer out until today. Thank you Dan and Toni for being so kind!
