Whether selling the latest Apple iPhone or reviving a water-damaged relic, their expertise is evident in all they do. The repairs they performed on my smartphones, both hardware and software, have been first-rate. I commend the management, especially Eddie who personally ensures customer satisfaction. Esteemed since 1999 and rightly so, their long-standing reputation in the mobile phone business is well-deserved.

Absolute trash, Took them 4 weeks to fix my phone (when they original quoted me two), and in the end they weren't even able to fix it. Never come here.

I broke my iPhone 7 screen, and bring it to them, cost $80 to replace it, it is done in 30 mins. They offer me a TPU case with shock proof for $10 for prevent damage in the future. The sales person is polite. I recommend this cell phone repair shop.

My iPhone is not working properly, the technician helped me to perform "backup and restore" on my iPhone and taught me how to restore my app to a clean iPhone. The charge is reasonable and the service is good.

Order a samsung battery from them, took 2 business days. They help me to text my android phone too, check if any hidden apps cost the battery draining. Kindly service, will refer friends to them.

Couple years ago, I bought the phone from there. They keep my information ( social Security number )until now. a few years later , "she" impersonated account holder call in to at&t change my account. cut off the usps fan# discount. but i am usps employee, then call in to resolved. They are doing the illegal business!

Stay away from this business!!! I went to its store located at Millbrae, CA for a contract renewal. The store told me that they would gonna offer me some benefits if I sell the new AT&T contracted phones to them. Few weeks later, I received the new phones from AT&T, but I decided to keep them. The store called me and threaten that they would do something on my account if I don't sell the phones to them. Later on, I suddenly found my account information was being changed, I called AT&T immediately, AT&T said the account holder ("She") called in to ask for a change, I said I am the account holder, I've never called. Obviously, only the store has all my information and they are the only suspect who has the motivation. AT&T then suggested me contact their Fraud Department.

Don't go to this store. I came in to this store and they IGNORE you, LOOK at you without greeting, and NOT helping customers. I tried to get the Sony Xperia Play phone. I asked them and they said they don't have it WITHOUT checking it. You can check before you start the b******* talking. F****** assholes. They think the customers are not making any business with them. F****** attitudes. Don't go in there. I 've been there three times already.
