Reasonable pricing no bs or up selling. My Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's Charging port was damaged from ware and tear, and the backside glass was cracked as well. Ed ordered the parts the same day and I picked my phone Up 2 days later looking Brand New! No complaints honest good work here.------------------------------------* Side Note: An Asurion Location subsidiary 'You break I fix' - (Cupertino area) - wanted to charge me a mandatory $50 "Water damage inspection". This was separate from the price of diagnosing the issue Somehow... Yeah Right!!??

A neighborhood treasure. Eddie is fast , friendly, and good. Solid price for great service. If I could give more than five stars, I would, but I'm also glad I can't because you kooks would probably ruin it.

What a saver during pendamic! I accidently inserted sim card into my iPhone 10 when my new iPhone 12 promax arrived when I exchanged the sim cards between 3 phones. Since all Apple stores are closed in SF now, the Apple technical support suggested going to a repaire store. After research on Yelp and talked to all the owners, Easyfinder is the closest store knows how to do it. And Easyfinder is also closest store near my house. Eddie was very helpful, he solved the problem after 30 minutes working. The phone is back to normal again. Now everything is back to normal. I will ask Eddie (or Easyfinder) from now on whenever I had probelm with my iPhones. Thanks

(Translated by Google) During the epidemic, it was inconvenient to travel, and it was convenient for communication to drive to my home to help solve the phone card recharge. ?(Original)疫情期间,不方便出行,便利通讯开车到我家,帮忙解决电话卡充值。?

Man they are fast, I took my phone in to get it repair, it took just a cup of coffee at Starbucks and it was fixed. The people are friendly and price is reasonable, will recommend to others.

I cracked my Pixel 3 XL screen and looked for a store to replace it. My friend recommended Easyfinders to me. I was kinda skeptical when I saw previous reviews, but my friend highly recommended it, so I gave it a shot. Their customer service was excellent and the repair service was quick and perfect too. I highly recommend Easyfinders to anyone need to repair their cell phones.

Went there to upgrade my phone and was told I will get the new iPhone XS shipped to my house within a week. One week passed and still not get my new phone yet. Called them to follow up, they said they haven't even touch my request yet. They got all my information filled out and took my $200 check for deposit but hasn't done anything for a whole week and no update to me at all. Also never return phone calls for my questions. I would give zero star if I can. Completely Ridiculous!

Awesome results!! I had an iPhone 6gs that broke with over 1500 photos that did not back up to the cloud. It would've been lost forever if these guys didn't fix my phone I had brought it to several other shops, including spending almost an hour at the Sf Apple store, to which everyone said that it could not be fixed. It took these guys almost a month to do it. And although the attitude of the service people are lacking, I came for results, not a smiley face apologizing they could not do anything to help. Give me a j*** that gets the job done anytime! Thanks and totally worth the price to get back my memories!
