I visited this Dyson Demo store today in SF and had an excellent experience!! The staff, Zachary & Miguel, were incredibly welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions about the Dyson products. The level of customer service was exceptional and truly stood out!! I will definitely visit the store again and highly recommend it to anyone in San Francisco :-)

Patrick sold me a V15 Detect Submarine Absolute vacuum today after spending a previous visit explaining all my options to me, and even re-explaining everything on the date of my purchase. His knowledge of, and passion for, Dyson products is obvious and infectious. Thanks to him I made what I feel is a great purchase, and I feel confident in my investment. Amazing customer service by Patrick!!! I've been looking at the Dyson airwrap for a while now. When looking at the product, Patrick mentioned which tools would work best for my hair type, and even demo'd and explained some of the tools. I left knowing how to use each and every tool, and was confident in my purchase. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and super kind. Would shop here again if I need more Dyson products.

I had an excellent experience at this Dyson store recently. Patric was incredibly helpful in assisting me to quickly pick out an air purifier machine. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and enjoyable.
I was impressed by his knowledge of the products and his ability to recommend the perfect model for my needs. He also professionally addressed my other concerns and questions regarding previous purchases.
Thanks to Patric, I left the store feeling confident in my purchase. Highly recommend visiting this Dyson store and asking for Patric if you need any assistance!

I am utterly appalled by Dyson's product quality and abysmal customer service. Six months ago, I bought a refurbished Dyson Airwrap, and it stopped working after just four months. Dyson agreed to exchange it, but the replacement malfunctioned within two days. When I took it to the San Francisco demo store, I was essentially blamed for the issue because I purchased a refurbished model. The staff's dismissive attitude and excuse that poor quality is to be expected with refurbished items is unacceptable. I am beyond speechless and immensely disappointed with both the product and the complete lack of support from Dyson. This experience has shattered my trust in the brand. Avoid Dyson at all costs!

Entered the store with no intention of buying a vacuum. After browsing through their demos I was intrigued by the GEN5 Detect Absolute. Patrick was so knowledgeable and an exemplary salesman. No pressure, just lots of information and advice. He was also so accommodating on the cost and shipping of my new vacuum. It is without reservation that I recommend Patrick as well as this locale.
