If you’re not spending at least 20k you are not a priority for Duxiana!When you a return customer need to replace your Duxiana mattress, Duxiana literally doesn’t deliver.Overpriced & Horrible customer service. We will NEVER purchase another Duxiana from them. No follow through, and they are contracted with Elwell a dreadful trucking company to have to deal with (google check review's) always!I called months ago to replace a mattress and Lewis informed me he would call me back when he returned to the SF store from covering another store due to being unable to access my information. He never did… when I called him he was on vacation and the mattress brought in that he told me would be available to me was sold to someone else.Michael the Mgr mended this and I was informed the trucking company would call me within a week of purchase. Over 2 weeks went by before I heard from Elwell trucking delivery (while I was away working) the trucking company Elwell said “we will be delivering tomorrow”. I informed the trucking company when I would be returning home from my work trip and was told by a rude staffer with a horrific attitude: “I don’t know when we’re going back that way, you’ll just have to wait”!Each time I called to inquire I encountered the same rude people who could care less about my situation with work regarding my availability. Although, they had no problem with receiving my 3k in May (we’re now in mid July)Another 2 weeks go by and I was informed by Lewis today the trucking company is not and has refused delivering my mattress…. due to my complaint about the attitude and mistreatment from the trucking companies representative.Allowing me to wait weeks on end, Dux provided their word they would deliver to my area when they received another delivery in my area.. and I only live 40 mi outside of DT San Francisco. The trucking company at 1 point informed me to pay an additional $300 on top of my already received 3k just to deliver. I’m astounded and sick at the audacity of this company who we are return customers to.There’s much more to this nonsensical disaster that I expect when spending little to no money at low end retailers, but for a supposedly astute, “high end” mattress.. When I spend this kind of money I expect better treatment, I do NOT recommend, Dux and the next luxury brand bed / mattress we buy will be a Hastens.

As return customers our experience was horrible. Several years ago we purchased an almost 10k bed. Recently, it was time to change the mattress and that was an ordeal. 1st I was never called back to process my order and almost missed out on the mattress topper when it arrived to the store. When that got resolved I had to deal with a horrid delivery warehouse that wasn't willing to deliver our 2k replacement mattress around my work schedule. Although, I'm far more available than not the warehouse was only willing to come to where I love when they would have another delivery in the area. I only live 40mi from downtown SF! They couldn't even offer a timeline for when delivery might happen and we're return customers. The rep's for the warehouse are bullies and disgustingly rude, dismissive and have aggressive attitudes. When I complained to Duxiana about how I was treated by their warehouse the warehouse spewed mistruths against me then saying they would no longer deliver to me. The mattress I requested months earlier and waited for was no longer coming. Lewis from the SF store was initially who I attempted ordering from. There was no initial follow through when I informed him that we decided not to get an adjustable bed rather just replace our king mattress for now. When we were going to spend 20k he was great! Due to Lewis not following through when he said he would our replacement mattress request was sold to someone else until management got involved. While we ended up making the purchase Dux SF Still cancelled my delivery and my order because of their limited policies and rude behaviors. If you're not spending upwards of 20k don't expect quality servicing! I ended up having to have the mattress shipped weeks delayed; while paying an additional $200 + to do so; this after I was informed delivery would be a non issue and included with my purchase. There are numerous high end retailers.. our next bed when we're ready will NOT be a Dux. I do not recommend!

Store and service are fine. The mattress itself has caused me untold pain and suffering. We've had a Dux mattress since around 2001. I've also had horrific shooting nerve pain in my hips and legs since that time. I finally talked my husband into believing me that I thought it was the mattress that was causing the problems...after years of visits to my doctor, neurologists, medications, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, and other therapies. We bought a mattress from Brooklyn Bedding and within 24 hours my physical pain had disappeared. This isn't an endorsement for Brooklyn Bedding, but rather a message to dissuade people from buying an overpriced piece of garbage for a mattress. Run, don't walk, to almost any other mattress store. This product is awful.

Went for the high quality St. Geneve and Seventh Heaven pillows. Great quality, friendly staff. Prices can be high unless you buy in July when all bedding and linens are 20% off!

Truly an outstanding product... the quality workmanship and "Pascal" interchangeable, customized cassettes with varying spring tensions provide comfort on Both sides of the bed. Up to 4,180 interconnected springs provide maximum support. I would say the value is Excellent!

I bought a bed about 2 years ago and I have to say its the best bed I've ever had. As a designer, I value quality and design and that's what I like about Duxiana! Service is outstanding too!

Terrible experience, staff was rude and short with me, the lay out was unappealing and they were extremely over priced and under stocked. Claims to be a top level outlet but smells like bottom shelf trash to me.
