One of the worst companies. They have a part of their company called FormZwift. Tina (Assistant Support Manager) said if you forget to cancel before the 30 day trial is up, then you will be charged $96 for a full year. If you try to cancel after you have been charged, you will not give you a refund but instead they will give you a pointless document credit that doesn't expire. Terrible business model and not fair to people that are just wanting to try it out a few times to see if it's something that you need going forward. Horrible experience as a customer and not something I have ever experienced before. Tina was no help and was actually passive aggressive in her emails.

The good reviews say stuff like "Good lunch here" or "Excellent place to work". But most customers have the same complaint: very, very difficult to cancel their subscription fees.

Dropbox is a SCAM Company that is set up so you cannot communicate to them. They do not have a phone number and do not respond to any email. However, somehow or other they were able to get ahold of my DEBIT CARD and were billing me for 7 months without my knowledge or consent. They would NOT cease and desist and I had to cancel my debit card and contact my Credit Union to dispute the charges. This company is set up soley to steal and embezzle money and has No Accountability. If I could give it a minus 10 on a scale of one to ten I would. NEVER do any business w/ this scam outfit and don't give them any information they can use or exploit. There is no oversight and they do anything they want.

This is what A digital corp in this industry does: CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD FOR 1 YEAR. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. THEY SAY CONTACT WITH TWITTER. I DON'T USE TWITTER.

False negative error messages since weeks, multiple times per day and tech support is not able to help. Really annoying. If you expect reliability: select a different service, dropbox is not able to deliver.

Scam company. Had 2tb of my data uploaded to my account and without warning, they disabled my account 3 weeks after I switched from monthly payments to annual. Getting hold of customer service is a nightmare worse than AT&T. They put you in circles in their chats from one department to another. There was no violation of their terms and conditions, yet a disabled account with my data gone and no customer service. Do not use them with your valuable data, they will hold you hostage without warning or an explanation!

Dropbox continually refuses to fix a serious error that eliminates a user's ability to use Windows System Restore (placeholder.bat in the Dropbox cache file destroys Windows System Restore). If you are using Dropbox on Windows, you will NEVER be able to restore your system if something goes wrong. Truly disgusting that they have allowed this to persist for over a year (at least).

Leaving this review for DropBox's utter lack of customer service. If you no longer have access to the email address used to create your account, there is NO way to reach a person to assist you. This is unacceptable.
