Been using Sally for about a month, the crew members are all chill and I went in person to ask questions, the same day I left with a car to rent. Super efficient and simple!! If any problem occurred there was a quick response! So far I rented two different cars and they both had cameras in the front and back so big bonus for that! Shout out to my man Victor the #1 guy to keep the car looking clean and sanitize for everyone! Obie is the realist most humble guy out there, helped me out super quick! Don’t sleep on this company!!!

These five stars go to Obi for his above and beyond customer service, I strongly suggest that you put him in charge of the customer service aspect due to the fact that no one responded to me until I spoke with him and he’s by himself doing everything. His maintenance guy did not do his part there was dog hair all throughout the car inside the center counsel, left headlight was out however, I got there early in the morning and he was able to fit me in another vehicle that was extremely clean he made sure that the maintenance man cleaned out the vehicle that I had to return, as well as making sure that the one that I had was in great shape, and it was shout out Obi 1

It is hard to speak with a human at Drive Sally. Everything is through text (if they text or email you back).When you call, regardless of the option you choose, you will be on hold, or the call will end, and no one will call you back.How do they make money? I am sure it is hurting their sales and growth. You can't expect to run a business, especially with vehicle rentals, without human interaction and service. Customers aren't making dinner reservations.They only care about getting a deposit from you and don't answer questions.I am wondering if these reviews are real or if people sign up without asking questions or reading the fine print.When I see startups with a bunch of young founders and employees, the operations and services are almost always terrible!

Sally and their representative Obie were very helpful to me so I could rent a vehicle for rideshare . The car is working well and Obie took the time to get me acquainted with the EV. So far so good and if everything continues in this process I will rent from them in the future

They were ready respectful welcoming your service was a 10 star service each very helpful and patient and willing to help Offer me drinks snacks in the waiting room welcome me as if it was my own platform customer service was the best even the guy that detailed the cars keep it up keep it clean keep it ready and keep it moving

If there is a company that has a soul it is this one. The amount of assistance I've received, renting from them, supersedes any form of customer service. I have experience throughout my life I appreciate them, and I will forever be grateful.

The staff meet all your expectations and go extra miles to help you with rental. Great cars to drive for rideshare drivers. Excellent customer service and good timely response. Definitely 100% customer satisfaction. And finally the staff are very friendly!!

This place is great. The service is way better than some of these big name companies that do little for their customers. Obie is a great guy that has helped me many times and always works with you.The cars are well maintained/clean and the signup process and payment are simple.
