These people will try everything to scam you. They tried to charge me $300 per hour for an inspection—yeah you heard that right. They also took two weeks to fix my bumper, despite promising it would take only one week. Oh did I mention it wasn’t really fixed? I had to come back twice. Besides that they tried to charge me for a battery replacement. I said I would call my usual mechanic to check, and magically they called back 10 minutes later saying the insurance had it covered. Avoid this place at all costs.

My family has been going to Don's Auto for over 50 years they have taken care of my 1992 Miata for 32 years and my fathers Cadillacs before me. they have always been honest and have done quality work when needed I Thank Dave Dons son and Carol for there continuing of the Man Don's legacy and keeping the shop going there is nothing like feeling a trust in your mechanic because he saves your life in your car. Got into an accident early in the morning on my way to work. I called Don’s Auto Body at 8 AM and they told me to bring the car in. They took a look at the car that morning and ordered all the necessary parts and had it painted and installed super quickly. Everyone was super friendly. I really especially appreciated Collin. He was very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend Don’s Auto Body.

Service was flawless and my 18 year-old car looks brand new. No seriously, look at the photos if you don't believe me. After consulting with one shop, I wasn't comfortable with their estimate. It seemed like over-repair: I have an 18 year old, low mileage BMW- but it is 18 years old. I even asked my insurance company if they could do a little less work. I did! The "other shop" wanted to replace the trunk lid, blah blah. It didn't need all that. You'd need a microscope to see the dimple from someone smacking me in the bumper. Trunk's not leaking, leave it alone. Don's Auto Body gave me a fair estimate, lower than the other guy. They were easy to work with, no nonsense with an accurate repair estimate. I also had them fix my front bumper, held on by a hope and a prayer after being pulled off multiple times by curb cuts and bolted and zip-tied back on by my patient mechanic. I covered that repair myself out-of-pocket. I thought the price was fair. All in all, my car looks brand new and the process from estimate to finish was so easy. (And whoever at Don's Auto Body washed my dirty dog car and then hand polished it, thank you so much!) Don's Auto Body is A+! Bookmark on Yelp because if you need them, you'll be very glad you saved the listing.

Was recommended by my insurance to Dons although it is not super close to where I live. I was involved in a fender bender (minor) and they accommodated me within a few days. Not only did they keep my updated about my car, it was the lowest and most efficient estimate I had gotten. Shoutout Angela and Collin - they are amazing!! Super quick in and out and even has my rental car place come give me a ride to my rental. Finally, the work done is IMMACULATE and a true transformation. They are so approachable and understanding, especially as someone who didn't know a lot about cars :)

Unfortunately I've had to have my cars repaired. Happily Dons has been there. This shop is very transparent. Lots of pictures and good communication. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the complete front end replacement of my Honda Accord Hybrid. Collin and team did an excellent job in keeping me updated on the repair and returned calls promptly. The shop also coordinated with SF Honda on radar calibration. Finally cost was within estimate. Highly recommended.
