I recently used this lovely brick and mortar shop for my uncle's casket flowers.
Unlike some other florists, Divisadero delivered as expected, and even the funeral directors were impressed and commented on how beautiful the work was.
I suggested the funeral parlor recommend them in the future.
Not only that, the lovely woman that did the flowers (regretfully, I cannot recall the name) went in on Memorial Day to make sure they were done in time.
Just a gem of a business, and, with me, they have established a fiercely loyal customer.
Before you consider enlisting the services of a large online company, with sketchy and questionable results, please support this brilliant brick and mortar business that consistently delivers ( this is not the first experience I had with them- I discovered them at my mother's funeral when there were so many flowers from so many places, and Divasadero's were BY FAR the most beautiful).
Highly recommend.
Oh, and their prices are completely reasonable for the beauty they create.

Beautiful bouquets, but the florist took two flowers out of the arrangement when she was wrapping it up.
At the time I thought she took them out bc they were wilted, but thinking back, there wasn’t anything wrong w any of the flowers when I picked it out ??♀️

The Zen floral arrangements made for my Mother's memorial service were more beautiful than the picture on the website. More than that, the kindness shown was very warm, altogether compassionate! I will continue to patronize this business. All the flowers are beautiful. A great florist shop to meet your every need! Lilianna, you're the best!

Their tropical arrangements are amazing...best in the SF. I always order this type of arrangement from them every year for birthdays for over a decade. Hence why they get two stars instead of one star. I ordered an upright sympathy spray arrangement for $230 for my godmother's funeral, the ribbon font was HANDWRITTEN, not professionally printed like other local florists for the same price. The ribbon looked horrible so I had to remove it. The other arrangements from Paul's Florists (see picture) had their ribbon nicely printed, which was what I expected from Divisadero Florist. Upon closer inspection, the roses were wilted & browning. The arrangement didn't look very fresh at all, which is unacceptable for the price paid. They need to do better...is Divisadero Florist under new management...?

Liliana & her team gave us more than I could've asked for! She put together beautiful arrangements (40, with 2 different arrangements) for our family event. The vision I had & inspiration pictures I gave were mirrored in her arrangements! The colors, the assembly, delivery - everything was great. The flowers are ~ 2 weeks old at the house & they are still looking good & big free! I will definitely be reaching out to them again for our family events.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be a disappointment. They did not have the exact product I was looking for yet was expected to pay full price. When I brought to her attention something was missing and later respectfully questioned why I should have to pay full price she replied, "if you don't want it, there is another flower shop around!" and wow I was shocked. But yes, I indeed opted to go somewhere else (Sol Ambiance - they're great!) But I wasn't happy because 1. They substituted a flower color that was not available which I was okay with BUT I had to ask to include roses which were part of the arrangement, and when she did it was only half of what was shown online (4 out of 8) even though there was enough available, plus she seemed mad that I asked 2. The "Celebrate" sign AND bright base were not available which would've been nice since it was for a graduation, and especially 3. she was defensive and giving off negative energy to a customer who was flexible and willing to pay over $75 but why would I pay for something I'm not 100% content with? Sometimes it's the little things that matter and since these aspects were not fulfilled I can't say I was satisfied. I was advocating for a fair compromise but it was not well received and at the end I told her "thank you" and walked out empty handed. On top of this being a waste of time, it was upsetting to receive such rude service.

Very bad experience they had the wrong address on Mother’s Day delivery then had to call my mom and ask for correct address and I wanted to surprise her, so goodbye surprise. I told the lady I want to spend $100 and I was charged 137$ when I called to ask why the price difference she said the vase and delivery was extra! When I called in she said the owner will call me back and it’s been 4 days now and no call. Never again will I order from this place

I came in right before Mother's day at 15 minutes til closing to ask for 4 huge bouquets. Not only did they squeeze me in within their last few minutes, they also made me the most BEAUTIFUL bouquets that were so amazing for the price I paid. This is definitely my go to spot now, could not be happier.

I called Divisadero flowers for a last minute bouquet delivery request last Saturday morning. I'm from out of town and did a quick Google search for Pacific Heights, and went with Divisadero.I called and Liliana answered the phone. She was super helpful and said they could get the delivery done that day. I gave her a budget and told her to put together whatever she could for that amount, and just 3 hours later they delivered a BEAUTIFUL arrangement to my daughter! She was having a stressful day, and Divisadero delivered exactly what she needed to cheer up!!Super helpful and friendly, combined with extra attention to ensure they caught my daughter at home at a specific time. OUTSTANDING!!I would highly recommend this florist!S.

A cute little flower shop ran by a very very nice kind people. They were very helpful and friendly. Helped me put a very beautiful bouquet together and gave so much love to my dog. The prices are also great!

Lilianna is amazing!!! I needed 6 floral center pieces on short notice and she came through with the most beautiful arrangements. Not only did they look amazing, but they smelled awesome and the flowers are lasting quite a long time. I was hesitant to use this florist given some of the reviews, but was extremely happy with the results. Have used nearby florists that are much more expensive and the arrangements do not last and start smelling foul with a day or two of delivery. I will definitely be coming back to this business:)
