My instruccions were to ring bell 3 times. Was not rang at all!!! This is the second time they leave my box outside! Not even inside the gate, and once they delivered to my neighbor next building!! Not even a text , instead they Added a picture in the first text were i had to looked and see the progress of the delivery.

I called this phone number. The guy in the phone not helpful. He so rude and bad customer service ever! I need my package as urgent as!!!

They claim I wasn't home, while my package wasn't even out for delivery in the first place. What a bunch of jokers.
