I needed to have my ring resized. I called in and they were incredibly communicative and responsive about the process and time. When we went in on Saturday (one of their busiest days), the service was immediate and amazing. Jeff was super friendly and was the one who helped us. He was so quick with identifying my size and helped clean my ring and my bracelet as well while we waited. The whole process took about 30 mins to 1 hour. The cost was free for resizing and we did not purchase the ring from this store either. I’m super impressed by the service and will definitely look to purchasing from them in the future!

Exceptional customer care deserves an exceptional review.
When my wife lost a diamond off her engagement ring she told me to go to Derco (and don't even consider anywhere else!).
From the moment I set foot in Derco I was blown away by their kindness to their customers.
While leaving my wife’s engagement ring in to get repaired, I casually inquired with Obi about my own wedding ring from which a miniature embedded diamond had fallen out. Jack took my ring into the work room, they cleaned it, replaced the missing diamond, all completed in a matter of minutes, and at the end refused to take any payment. Wow number 1.
At that time I was due to visit my wife soon thereafter in Europe. Despite the repair folks being super busy at that time, Obi helped expedite the repair and I was able to collect her ring, restored to its former glory, all at a super competitive price, the day before I was due to fly out. Wow number 2.
While her ring was being repaired I had bought a small diamond necklace elsewhere, but the chain was too short. When I went to Derco to collect her repaired engagement ring I asked about getting the chain extended. Jack took the necklace into the work room, they added an extension on the spot, and again wouldn’t accept any payment. Wow number 3.
Hopefully my review helps do some justice to my experience. My wife’s smile says it all.

My husband and I have been customers of Derco for a decade. We had such a pleasant experience purchasing our engagement ring from them that, even after moving to a different state, we continue to work with Derco. I have acquired a tennis bracelet and recently got my 10-year anniversary ring. We custom-ordered the ring, working with Toukhig. Her knowledge and expertise really helped me make the right decision for this gorgeous ring at an affordable cost (yes, I researched them online for comparison and couldn’t believe the better quality and bigger diamond that Derco offered me). Their customer service is excellent; when I had to ship my tennis bracelet back to be resized, they transformed the removed diamonds into a necklace free of charge. I recommend them to all my friends and will be continue to be their loyal customer. Thank you Derco!!

Went in to have a ring resized. I don't have much experience with jewelry, especially rings, but the customer service at Derco was beyond amazing. My partner and I felt comfortable and well looked after. These are people who obviously know their craft AND care about the customer.

Just purchased an engagement ring for my fiancee from Derco and I gotta say it was a great experience! My salesman George was extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable on the product available.
He was not pushy but very effective. He brought out what we asked for as well as other similar options which we ended up finding the ring from. I was just impressed with how smooth it was and really appreciated that George had such a passion for the business. I know nothing of jewellery so having someone with such a deep passion for it was perfect!
Highly recommend shopping here for engagement rings!

I love Derco jewelers! My stones were loose in my ring because I have not checked it in 14 years!!! They accommodated me right away! They do a beautiful job and everyone is so kind and helpful! I highly recommend Derco!
